Die Arbeit mit Kindern steckt voller Leben und du langweilst dich bestimmt nie. Als Praktikant oder Praktikantin machst du deine ersten Erfahrungen in der Berufswelt. Wir begleiten dich auf deinem Weg mit Sorgfalt und Einfühlungsvermögen und unterstützen dich mit unserem Fachwissen. Du lernst die Grundlagen der Kinderbetreuung und darfst laufend mehr Verantwortung übernehmen. Uns ist es wichtig, dass dein Rucksack am Ende des Praktikumsjahres mit Wissen und Erfahrung vollgepackt ist. So fühlst du dich bereit, in die Ausbildung zur Fachperson Betreuung zu starten. Zur Ergänzung unserer Teams suchen wir per August 2027 oder nach Vereinbarung   Praktikanten / Praktikantinnen   Sie haben die Möglichkeit, während dieses Praktikumsjahres den Beruf der Fachfrau/mann Kinderbetreuung kennen zu lernen und sich dabei weiter zu entwickeln. Sie werden sorgfältig angeleitet sowie begleitet und auf die spätere Lehre (bei uns oder in einer anderen Krippe) vorbereitet.
