Über 2000 Personen sind hier beschäftigt und der Standort beherbergt den weltweit grössten und innovativsten Verpackungsbetrieb von Roche.Die StelleAls Praktikant/in im Bereich Antibiotics als Asset Excellence Manager am Produktionsstandort Kaiseraugst unterstützt Du das Team in vielseitigen Belangen. In diesem Praktikum wirst Du:Aktiv bei Compliance-Kerntätigkeiten wie Batch Record Review, GMP Trainings und Prozessverbesserung und Dokumentenmanagement (Bearbeitung von Abweichung, Technical Changes oder CAPA) eingebundenÜbergeordnete GMP Projekte über Wertströme hinweg unterstützen Gemeinsam mit dem Team Lean Production Methoden vorantreiben und im Tagesgeschäft lebenDeine Ideen zur Verbesserung der Qualität, Effizienz der Anlagen, Kostenreduktion und Prozesse einbringenDie Prozessabläufe von Materialanlieferung, sterile Abfüllung, visuelle Kontrolle bis zum Etikettieren und Verpacken zum fertigen Produkt kennenlernenDie Einhaltung aller Sicherheits- und Umweltvorschriften, sowie bewusste Förderung der Betriebssicherheit überwachen und fördernWer Du bistDu bist immatrikuliert oder hast Dein Studium an einer Universität oder Fachhochschule, vorzugsweise im Bereich Pharmazie (inkl. Pharmazeut im Praktikum),  Chemie, Verfahrenstechnik, Ingenieurwesen, Biologie oder verwandten Naturwissenschaften innerhalb der letzten 12 Monate abgeschlossen und hast Interesse, Deine Kenntnisse im Rahmen eines mindestens 6-monatigen Praktikums in einer modernen Arbeitsumgebung einzusetzen, sowie die pharmazeutische Industrie kennenzulernen. Überdies rundest Du Dein Profil mit folgenden Kompetenzen ab:Schnelle Auffassungsgabe und grosses Interesse an technischen AbläufenSehr selbstständige und strukturierte Arbeitsweise mit hohem Mass an EigeninitiativeEine teamorientierte Denkweise mit Blick auf stete Verbesserung der Prozesse und die Fähigkeit, in einem sich ständig verändernden Umfeld konstante Leistung auf hohem Niveau zu erbringenKenntnisse und überzeugter Einsatz bezüglich Prozessverbesserungen (z.B. Lean Production System)  sowie Agile Management oder mikrobiologische Kenntnisse sind von VorteilFähigkeit und Offenheit, die Chancen und die Vorteile von Veränderungen zu erkennen und zu leben. Hohe Teamfähigkeit und Lösungsorientierung sowie kollaborative ArbeitsweiseSehr gute Kommunikationsfähigkeiten in Wort und Schrift in Deutsch und EnglischRoutinierter Umgang mit IT-Systemen (zb.
