In unserer Fachstelle Kommunikation erhältst du Einblick in die Organisationskommunikation, kannst deine Fähigkeiten schärfen und Content mit Sinn kreieren. Diese Praktikumsstelle eignet sich ideal als Vorpraktikum (z.B. für ein FH-Studium), zur beruflichen Neuorientierung oder zum Einstieg in die Organisationskommunikation.

Deine Hauptaufgaben

  • Storytelling & Redaktion: Du recherchierst, führst Interviews und schreibst interessante Beiträge für unsere Publikation "Zämehebe", unsere Website und den Newsletter.
  • Social Media Production: Du planst, erstellst und postest abwechslungsreichen Content (Text, Bild, Video/Ton) für unsere Kanäle.
  • Kommunikations-Alltag: Du packst bei aktuellen Projekten mit an und hilfst mit, die Werte und Angebote des Werkheim Uster sichtbar zu machen.

Das bringst du mit

  • Mindestens 18 Jahre alt
  • Abgeschlossene Grundbildung (z.B. Fachmittelschule, Gymnasium, Berufsmaturität oder Berufsbildung)
  • Freude am Verfassen von Texten sowie Übung im Fotografieren und Filmen mit dem Smartphone
  • Social-Media-Affinität und Know-How im Erstellen von Multimedia-Content (z.B. mit Canva, CapCut, Photoshop, InDesign)
  • Teamfähigkeit, Verlässlichkeit, Flexibilität und Kreativität
  • Empathie, Kontaktfreudigkeit und Offenheit
