Vielleicht interessiert Dich die Hotellerie. Vielleicht die Gastronomie. Vielleicht möchtest Du später eine Ausbildung in diesem Bereich machen, aber zuerst herausfinden, ob diese Welt wirklich zu Dir passt.

Für die Wintersaison 2026/2027 bieten wir im HOTEL PÉZ REGINA in Lumbrein eine vielseitige Praktikumsstelle für einen jungen Menschen, der nicht einfach nur zuschauen, sondern den Hotelalltag wirklich kennenlernen möchte.

WAS DICH ERWARTET

Bei uns lernst Du nicht nur einen einzelnen Bereich kennen. Du arbeitest dort mit, wo ein kleiner Hotelbetrieb tatsächlich lebt.

Du bekommst Einblick in:

  • Restaurant und Gästebetreuung
  • Frühstück und Service
  • Küche und Vorbereitung
  • Housekeeping und Zimmer
  • allgemeine Arbeiten im Hotel
  • Abläufe hinter den Kulissen eines kleinen Hotelbetriebes

Du wirst begleitet und eingearbeitet, übernimmst aber Schritt für Schritt auch selbst Verantwortung.

WEN WIR SUCHEN

Du bist mindestens 18 Jahre alt, offen, zuverlässig und hast Freude am Umgang mit Menschen.

Berufserfahrung in der Hotellerie oder Gastronomie brauchst Du nicht zwingend.

Viel wichtiger ist uns, dass Du:

  • neugierig bist und etwas lernen möchtest
  • gerne praktisch arbeitest
  • mit anpacken kannst
  • zuverlässig und selbständig bist
  • kein Problem damit hast, auch am Abend und am Wochenende zu arbeiten
  • Dich für eine mögliche spätere Ausbildung oder berufliche Zukunft in Hotellerie oder Gastronomie interessierst

Wie fühlt sich das Arbeiten in einem Hotel wirklich an?

Liegt Dir der Kontakt mit Gästen? Macht Dir Service Spass? Interessiert Dich die Küche? Gefällt Dir die Organisation eines Hotelbetriebes? Kannst Du Dir vorstellen, später eine Ausbildung in der Hotellerie oder Gastronomie zu machen?

Nach vier Monaten solltest Du darauf deutlich mehr Antworten haben als vorher.

UND WO?

In Lumbrein im Val Lumnezia, mitten in den Bündner Bergen.

Das Leben hier ist anders als in Zürich, Basel oder Bern. Ruhiger. Kleiner. Näher an der Natur. Und gerade im Winter ziemlich besonders.

Du solltest deshalb nicht nur Lust auf einen neuen Job haben, sondern auch darauf, für vier Monate einmal ganz anders zu leben.
