Praktikum 3-6 Monate (anschliessend Festanstellung möglich) MareaShop bringt das unbeschwerte Lebensgefühl des Mittelmeers direkt ins Herz von Luzern. In unserer Boutique dreht sich alles um fliessende Leinenstoffe, exklusive Boho-Chic-Fashion und handgefertigten Schmuck. Für unseren Store suchen wir eine kreative, offene und stilbewusste Persönlichkeit, die unsere Kunden begeistert und unseren Brand auch digital perfekt in Szene setzt.

Deine Aufgaben im Store & hinter den Kulissen Verkauf & Customer Experience

Herzliche Beratung: Du empfängst unsere Kundinnen und Kunden mit einem Lächeln, berätst sie stilsicher und sorgst dafür, dass der Einkauf bei uns zu einem kleinen Kurzurlaub wird.

Store-Präsenz: Du betreust die Kasse, wickelst Zahlungen ab und unterstützt bei der Warenannahme, Qualitätskontrolle sowie beim Preisauszeichnen.

Visual Merchandising: Du liebst Ästhetik? Perfekt. Du hilfst dabei, unsere Kollektionen, Leinenkleider und Schmuckstücke verkaufsfördernd und wunderschön im Laden zu präsentieren.

Social Media & Content Creation

Digital Storytelling: Du erweckst unseren Store auf Instagram zum Leben. Du erstellst selbstständig ansprechende Storys, Reels und Posts, die unsere Community inspirieren.

Trends im Blick: Du hast ein Gespür für Ästhetik, Musik-Trends und kreative Bildsprache im Bereich Fashion und Lifestyle.

Das bringst du mit Fashion- & Lifestyle-Inspiration: Du brennst für Mode, Trends und liebst den Boho-Chic- und Leinen-Look.

Social-Media-Native: Instagram ist deine zweite Heimat. Du weisst, wie man ein Handy-Video ästhetisch filmt, schneidet und mit passenden Captions versieht.

Kommunikationstalent: Du gehst gerne auf Menschen zu, bist extrem serviceorientiert und sprichst fliessend Deutsch (gute Englischkenntnisse sind im Herzen von Luzern ein grosses Plus).

Hands-on-Mentalität: Du bist flexibel, zuverlässig und packst im dynamischen Alltag einer Boutique gerne überall mit an.

Was wir dir bieten Ein extrem vielseitiges Praktikum, bei dem du die Entwicklung einer jungen Boutique von der Verkaufsfläche bis zum Marketing aktiv mitgestalten kannst.
