Die Triaplus beschäftigt rund 600 Mitarbeitende, ist Lehrspital der Universität Luzern und verfügt über die Anerkennung als Weiterbildungsstätte. Mit der Klinik Zugersee und den dezentralen Ambulatorien stellen wir die psychiatrische Versorgung in den Kantonen Uri, Schwyz und Zug sicher.

Die Klinik Zugersee ist Zentrum für die stationäre Psychiatrie und Psychotherapie für Erwachsene und Jugendliche. Als Weiterbildungsklinik Kategorie A, stationär mit insgesamt 158 Klinikbetten und etwa 1600 Eintritten pro Jahr ist sie universitären und kantonalen Kliniken gleichgestellt.

Die klinischen Sozialarbeitenden sind Expertinnen und Experten für die Schnittstellenarbeit zwischen Individuum und sozialem Umfeld. Ziel ist es, den Genesungsprozess, die gesellschaftliche Teilhabe und den Schutz von gesundheitlich beeinträchtigten oder von Erkrankung bedrohten Menschen zu fördern. Dies tun sie, indem sie insbesondere die sozialen Aspekte von Gesundheit thematisieren und positiv beeinflussen. In dieser Funktion unterscheidet sich die Aufgabe der sozialen Arbeit von administrativen und pflegerischen Aufgaben. Der Fokus wird auf die Unterstützung des gesamten sozialen Systems gerichtet.

Ihre Aufgaben beinhalten ###

  • Fallführung (Eintritt bis Austritt)
  • Teilnahme an interprofessionellen Sitzungen (Ärzte, Pflege, Psychologen)
  • Vernetzungsarbeit in den Kantonen Zug, Schwyz, Uri
  • Teilnahme an Gesprächen mit Arbeitgebern, Sozialversicherungsinstitutionen, Wohninstitutionen, Angehörigen, KESB und Beiständen etc.
  • Teilnahme an internen Weiterbildungen
  • Teilnahme an Teamsitzungen, Intervisionen und Supervisionen
  • Soziale Arbeit in den Bereichen; Jugendarbeit, Gerontologie, Akutpsychiatrie, Suchtabhängigkeit und Spezialtherapien

  • Kommunikative und gefestigte Persönlichkeit
  • Hohes Verantwortungsbewusstsein, sicheres Auftreten und Flexibilität
