Du möchtest deine Leidenschaft für Marketing mit sinnstiftender Arbeit verbinden? In unserem Team Philanthropie hast du die Möglichkeit, strategische Marketingmassnahmen für verschiedene Zielgruppen mitzugestalten und dein Können für den Schutz unseres Planeten einzusetzen.  

Deine Aufgaben

  • Du entwickelst kreative Marketingmassnahmen und setzt sie gemeinsam mit den verantwortlichen Kolleg:innen sowie weiteren Marketingabteilungen um. 
  • Du unterstützt Kolleg:innen bei datenbasierten Marketinganalysen, Konzepten, Recherchen sowie beim Monitoring von Fundraisingaktivitäten. 
  • Du schreibst und redigierst überzeugende Projektbeschriebe und entwickelst Texte, die Spender:innen berühren, informieren und zum Handeln motivieren. 
  • Du unterstützt das Team Legate & Erbschaften in Kommunikation, Marketing und Abwicklung. 

Dein Profil

  • Du hast ein abgeschlossenes Studium (Minimum BSc) im Bereich Marketing, Kommunikation oder in einem vergleichbaren Bereich.  
  • Du handelst selbständig, arbeitest strukturiert und weist ein hohes Mass an Integrität, Vertraulichkeit sowie Sensibilität für den Umgang mit Menschen auf. 
  • Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse runden dein Profil ab. Französisch- oder Italienischkenntnisse sind ein Plus.
