Produktwissen verstehen. Kunden unterstützen. KI sinnvoll einsetzen. Du hast einen technischen Hintergrund und interessierst dich für Product Management und künstliche Intelligenz? Während deines Praktikums bearbeitest du produktbezogene Kundenanfragen, baust dabei wertvolles Produktwissen auf und nutzt dieses für die Erstellung eines AI-basierten Produktsupport-Agenten.

Dein Gestaltungsbereich. ##

  • Produktbezogene Kundenanfragen zu technischen Informationen, Daten, Zertifikaten oder Verifizierungen bearbeiten.
  • Für die Lösungsfindung mit Product Management, Labor, Sales, Care und weiteren Fachbereichen zusammenarbeiten.
  • Wiederkehrende Fragestellungen und vorhandenes Produktwissen strukturieren und einen AI-basierten Produktsupport-Agenten entwickeln.
  • Produktdaten und technische Informationen zusammentragen, aufbereiten und dokumentieren.
  • Bei Schulungsunterlagen und weiteren Aufgaben im Product Management mitwirken.

Dein Profil - Mehr als nur Fachwissen. ##

  • Technische Ausbildung oder Studium, z. B. in Elektrotechnik, Elektronik, Mechatronik, Wirtschaftsingenieurwesen oder einer vergleichbaren Fachrichtung.
  • Technisches Verständnis und Freude daran, dich in neue Produkte und Fragestellungen einzuarbeiten.
  • Know-how in der Entwicklung von AI-Agenten und Interesse an deren praktischer Anwendung.
  • Strukturierte, selbstständige und kommunikative Arbeitsweise.
  • Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse.

Das erwartet dich. ##

  • Ein ca. sechsmonatiges Praktikum mit einem Pensum von 50 %.
  • Ein konkretes KI-Projekt mit direktem Bezug zu unseren Produkten und Kunden.
  • Vielseitige Einblicke ins Product Management und die Zusammenarbeit mit unterschiedlichen Fachbereichen.
  • Unser Standort? Nur ein kurzer Spaziergang vom Bahnhof Olten entfernt - bequem und zentral gelegen.
