Praktikum Projektmanagement ===========================

Als Praktikant:in im Projektmanagement bist du bei uns mittendrin statt nur dabei. Du bekommst einen umfassenden Einblick in die Welt des digitalen Ticketings und unterstützt unser Team in verschiedenen spannenden Bereichen.

Zu deinen Aufgaben gehören:

  • Onboarding und Schulung neuer Kundinnen und Kunden
  • Einrichtung und Konfiguration unserer Systeme und Zutrittskontrollen
  • Erfassung und Bearbeitung von Kundenanfragen
  • Betreuung und Unterstützung unserer Kundschaft mit proaktivem Service
  • Kommunikation mit Kundinnen und Kunden sowie technischer Support (remote und vor Ort)
  • Mithilfe beim Testen neuer Softwarefunktionen
  • Unterstützung des Projektteams, auch bei der Vorbereitung und Durchführung von Grossveranstaltungen

Das macht dich zum idealen Kandidaten:

  • Abgeschlossene Berufslehre oder Matura
  • Sehr gute Kommunikations\- und Schulungsfähigkeiten, um technische Inhalte verständlich zu vermitteln
  • Flexibilität im Umgang mit unterschiedlichen Kundenbedürfnissen
  • Offenheit für gelegentliche Einsätze am Abend oder Wochenende
  • Selbstständige, strukturierte Arbeitsweise sowie Verantwortungsbewusstsein und Zuverlässigkeit
  • Teamfähigkeit sowie eine sorgfältige und genaue Arbeitsweise
  • Kenntnisse in ösisch oder Italienisch von Vorteil
