Start: Januar oder Februar 2027

Dauer: 12 Monate (befristet)

Pensum: 60–100 %, flexibel gestaltbar

Lohn: CHF 3’000 brutto pro Monat bei 100 % Pensum (bei Teilzeit anteilsmässig)

Du organisierst gerne, schreibst sicher und gerne Texte und behältst auch bei mehreren Projekten den Überblick? In diesem Praktikum unterstützt du unser Team bei Veranstaltungen, Kommunikation und Administration rund um die Berufsbildung. Ein Schwerpunkt ist die Berufsschau 2027 vom 17\. bis 21\. November in der St. Jakobshalle. Dabei lernst du, Projekte von der Planung bis zur Umsetzung mitzugestalten, mit unterschiedlichen Anspruchsgruppen zu kommunizieren und Inhalte für verschiedene Kanäle professionell aufzubereiten.

Deine Aufgaben

  • Mitarbeit bei der Planung, Organisation und Durchführung unserer Veranstaltungen und Projekte, insbesondere der Berufsschau 2027 – inklusive administrativer Aufgaben wie Mailings, Teilnehmerlisten, Ablaufplänen, Unterlagen und Auswertungen
  • Kommunikation und Koordination mit Ausstellerinnen und Ausstellern, Schulen, Unternehmen und weiteren Projektpartnern
  • Unterstützung bei Lehrstellen\-Tischmessen, Bewerbungstrainings, Schulbesuchen und weiteren Formaten
  • Verfassen und Überarbeiten von Texten für Webseiten, Newsletter, Social Media, Mailings, Zeitschriften und weitere Publikationen
  • Mitarbeit bei der Contentplanung sowie Gestaltung einfacher Kommunikationsmittel mit Canva

Das bringst du mit

  • Abgeschlossener Bachelor, beispielsweise in Kommunikation, Marketing, Betriebswirtschaft oder einem vergleichbaren Bereich, oder eine abgeschlossene kaufmännische bzw. vergleichbare Berufslehre
  • Muttersprache Deutsch, Freude am Schreiben sowie ein sicherer und reflektierter Umgang mit KI\-Tools bei der Texterstellung
  • Sicherer Umgang mit Word, Excel und PowerPoint sowie gute Canva\-Kenntnisse
  • Strukturierte, zuverlässige und selbstständige Arbeitsweise sowie Freude am Kontakt mit unterschiedlichen Anspruchsgruppen

Wichtig für deine Planung

Im November 2027 ist es aufgrund der Berufsschau etwas hektischer und daher wünschen wir uns, dass du in dieser Phase keine Ferien oder anderweitigen längeren Abwesenheiten planst. Für die intensive Aufbau\- und Veranstaltungsphase vom 15\. bis und mit 21\. November 2027 brauchen wir deine volle Unterstützung, daher ist ein 100%\-Pensum sehr erwünscht.
