Le conoscenze nello sviluppo dell'organizzazione, nella trasformazione o nella digitalizzazione costituiscono un vantaggio * Predisposizione per le modalità di lavoro moderne, la comunicazione e la collaborazione digitale * Comprensione dei meccanismi aziendali e delle sfide pratiche nell'attività quotidiana

Prima esperienza lavorativa pratica maturata durante gli studi presso un'azienda, un ente pubblico o un'organizzazione analoga (ad esempio tramite tirocini, attività lavorativa come studente lavoratore o lavoro svolto parallelamente agli studi)

****Il suo impegno per la sicurezza e la libertà****

Lo Stato maggiore dell'esercito (SM Es) fornisce appoggio al capo dell'esercito nella condotta dell'Aggruppamento Difesa ed è responsabile della pianificazione militare globale dell'esercito e del relativo sviluppo. In base alle direttive politiche elabora le basi strategiche, lo sviluppo delle forze armate nonché la pianificazione delle forze armate e dell'armamento e assume compiti nel contesto della sicurezza internazionale. Rientrano nella sua sfera di competenza anche la condotta, la gestione e il coordinamento di tutti i settori trasversali (Personale, Finanze, Immobili).

L'Esercito svizzero dà lavoro a oltre 9000 collaboratori nel quadro di quattro professioni militari e circa 200 professioni civili, in 110 ubicazioni su tutto il territorio nazionale. Inoltre provvede alle nuove leve, formando apprendisti in oltre 30 professioni.
