Die Hightech Zentrum Aargau AG unterstützt erfolgreich die Aargauer Unternehmenslandschaft bei ihren Innovationsvorhaben. Dazu beraten und begleiten wir KMU bei Technologiefragen und Innovationsprozessen und pflegen ein umfangreiches Netzerk zu Hochschulen und Organisationen im Innovationsumfeld.

Für unseren Schwerpunkt Digitale Technologien \& Automation (D\&A) suchen wir

Praxisorientierter Technologie\- und Innovationsexperte 80\-100% (w/m/d) ------------------------------------------------------------------------

Sie begleiten Unternehmen von der ersten technologischen Fragestellung bis zum abgeschlossenen Innovationsprojekt. Sie analysieren Ausgangslagen, bewerten Lösungsansätze und bringen Unternehmen mit geeigneten Forschungs\- und Umsetzungspartnern zusammen. Gleichzeitig bauen Sie ein eigenes Kunden\- und Projektnetzwerk auf und entwickeln den Schwerpunkt Digitale Technologien \& Automation gemeinsam mit dem Team weiter. Sie verstehen die Herausforderungen und die Realität von Schweizer KMU aus eigener Erfahrung und können sich rasch in unterschiedlichste technologische und betriebliche Fragestellungen eindenken.

Sie verfügen über ein breites Grundverständnis moderner Technologien wie AI, IIoT, Datenplattformen, Automatisierung oder Robotik und können deren Potenzial für KMU praxisnah einordnen. Wir suchen eine pragmatische Fachperson mit nachweisbarer Praxis\- und Umsetzungserfahrung im KMU\- und Industrieumfeld.

Ihre Qualifikationen

  • Technische Ausbildung (FH/ETH/Uni) im Bereich Informatik, Automation, Engineering oder vergleichbare praktische Qualifikation
  • Mindestens 10 Jahre praktische Berufserfahrung in Schweizer KMU ist zwingend erforderlich
  • Verhandlungssichere Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift sowie gute Englischkenntnisse
  • Unternehmerisches Denken und betriebswirtschaftliches Flair
