Aufgaben ##

Eckdaten zur Stelle

  • Pensum total, ca. 88 %, bestehend aus 13 WL Regelunterricht, 4 WL IF, 6 WL DaZ und 2 Aufgabenstunden
  • 6. Klasse

Hauptaufgaben:

  • Planung, Vorbereitung und Durchführung des Unterrichts anhand des Lehrplans
  • Nachbereitung und Auswertung der Lektionen
  • Beratung von Schülerinnen und Schülern in Bezug auf individuelle Lern- und Leistungsschwierigkeiten sowie Aufzeigen von Fördermöglichkeiten
  • Zusammenarbeit im Kollegium, mit der Schulleitung, externen Fachstellen sowie den Erziehungsberechtigten

Profil ##

  • Lehrdiplom für die Primarstufe (in der Schweiz anerkannt) oder in Ausbildung
  • Freude am Unterrichten von Schülerinnen und Schülern aus verschiedensten Kulturen
  • Ausgeprägte Fähigkeiten im Classroom-Management
  • Bereitschaft und Freude an der Arbeit im integrierten Setting, zusammen mit Schulischen Heilpädagog\*innen
  • Identifizierung mit unseren Kernwerten und Bereitschaft, diese im Schulalltag zu leben
  • Positive Grundeinstellung, Teamfähigkeit, Belastbarkeit, hohe Sozialkompetenz

Wir sind eine grosse Schulgemeinde in Zürich-Nord mit 19 Schulen. Unsere pädagogische Haltung leiten wir vom Konzept der Neuen Autorität ab und begegnen so den täglichen Herausforderungen im Schulalltag gemeinsam und wirkungsvoll. Zusätzliche Unterstützung bei herausfordernden Situationen mit den Schülerinnen und Schüler gibt es an jeder Schule durch die personellen und räumlichen Ressourcen von STIS (Stay in School). Die Schule Riedenhalden (10 Sekundarklassen, 10 Primarklassen, 3 Kindergärten und 5 Horte) liegt im Zentrum des Quartiers Affoltern und nur wenige Gehminuten zur S-Bahn-Haltestelle. Seit diesem Schuljahr sind wir eine Tagesschule. Als langjährige QUIMS-Schule bringen wir grosse Erfahrung für unser multikulturelles Umfeld mit.
