Für die Raiffeisenbank Schaffhausen, eine moderne, erfolgreiche und lokal ausgerichtete Bank mit Hauptsitz in Schaffhausen und einer Geschäftsstelle in Neunkirch, suchen wir infolge Pensionierung des bisherigen Kundenberaters per 01.03.2027 oder nach Vereinbarung für unseren Hauptsitz in Schaffhausen eine engagierte, kundenorientierte und verkaufsstarke Persönlichkeit als Privatkundenberater/in Individualkunden 80-100%. Da ein wesentlicher Teil des bestehenden Kundenportefeuilles italienischsprachig ist, freuen wir uns besonders über Bewerberinnen und Bewerber mit guten bis sehr guten Italienischkenntnissen.

Was erwartet dich? ##

  • Du übernimmst ein bestehendes Kundenportefeuille und entwickelst dieses durch aktive und nachhaltige Beratung weiter.
  • Du begleitest Kundinnen und Kunden in sämtlichen finanziellen Fragestellungen rund um Anlegen, Vorsorgen, Finanzieren, Absichern und Wohnen und betreust dabei auch Kundinnen und Kunden mit anspruchsvolleren Anlagebedürfnissen.
  • Du erkennst Kundenpotenziale, nutzt Vertriebschancen gezielt und gewinnst neue Kundinnen und Kunden.
  • Du erarbeitest individuelle Lösungen und arbeitest dabei eng mit internen und externen Spezialistinnen und Spezialisten zusammen.
  • Du förderst aktiv das Vermittlungsgeschäft und stärkst die bereichsübergreifende Zusammenarbeit.
  • Du unterstützt deine Kundinnen und Kunden bei der Nutzung digitaler Bankdienstleistungen.
  • Du wirkst bei Kampagnen, Kundenanlässen und weiteren Marktbearbeitungsmassnahmen mit.

Was bringst du mit? ##

  • Abgeschlossene Bankausbildung sowie mehrere Jahre Erfahrung in der Privatkundenberatung.
  • Fundierte Kenntnisse in den Bereichen Anlegen, Vorsorge und Finanzieren.
  • Erfahrung in der Betreuung eines eigenen Kundenportefeuilles sowie Freude an der aktiven Marktbearbeitung und Neukundenakquise.
  • Ausgeprägte Beratungs-, Verkaufs- und Beziehungskompetenz.
  • Selbstständige, strukturierte und verantwortungsbewusste Arbeitsweise.
  • Hohe Kundenorientierung sowie ein überzeugendes und gewinnendes Auftreten.
  • Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse sowie idealerweise gute bis sehr gute Italienischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift.
  • Freude am Einsatz digitaler Beratungsmittel und an der Weiterentwicklung moderner Kundenlösungen.
  • Zertifizierung oder die Bereitschaft diese zu erwerben.
