Für die Raiffeisenbank Regio Muttenz, eine erfolgreiche und lokal ausgerichtete Bank mit Geschäftsstellen in Arlesheim, Münchenstein, Muttenz und Pratteln, suchen wir eine Persönlichkeit als Privatkundenberater/in Individual.

Privatkundenberater Individual (m/w/d)

Was erwartet dich?

  • Erkennen und Ausschöpfen des Kundenpotenzials durch aktive und kontinuierliche Betreuung des persönlichen Kundenportefeuilles
  • Gewährleistung einer kompetenten Beratung in Finanzierungsfragen (Wohnen) sowie einer standardisierten Beratung in den Themen Anlegen und Vorsorgen
  • Erarbeitung von bedürfnisgerechten Lösungen unter Einbezug der individuellen Bedürfnisse, Wünsche, Ziele und Lebenssituation der Kunden sowie im Rahmen des segmentspezifischen Produktangebots
  • Ausbau des bestehenden Kundenstamms durch gezielte Akquisition von Neukunden
  • Mitarbeit bei zielgruppenspezifischen Marktbearbeitungsmassnahmen wie Kontaktkampagnen, Anlässen und repräsentativen Aufgaben

Was bringst du mit?

  • Abgeschlossene Bankausbildung oder vergleichbare Ausbildung
  • Erfahrung im Finanzdienstleistungssektor
  • Mehrjährige Erfahrung in der Privatkundenberatung
  • Fundierte fachliche Kenntnisse im Bereich Finanzieren, Anlegen und Vorsorge
  • Sympathisches und gewinnbringendes Auftreten, gute kommunikative Fähigkeiten
  • Sie sind zuverlässig, selbständig, flexibel und teamfähig
