Privatkundenberatung Basis 60 \- 80% Das sind deine Hauptaufgaben: Du bist die erste Ansprechperson für unsere Kund: innen und schaffst mit deiner offenen, freundlichen Art eine vertrauensvolle Atmosphäre. Mit deinem Know\-how berätst du unsere Kund: innen rund um Basisdienstleistungen sowie die Themen Anlegen und Vorsorgen \- dabei erkennst du clever Chancen für Cross\-Selling. Du unterstützt proaktiv die Betreuung des Teamkundenportfolios und sorgst für nachhaltige Kundenbeziehungen. Du hilfst mit bei der Bewirtschaftung und Überwachung unserer Geldautomaten und sorgst für reibungslose Abläufe. Du begleitest unsere Kundschaft sicher durch digitale Prozesse und hilfst ihnen dabei, moderne Technologien einfach und effizient zu nutzen. Wir wünschen uns: Berufserfahrung in der Basiskundenberatung mit entsprechender Zertifizierung oder Quereinsteigende mit CYP\-Modul Basic und Advanced Finnova\-Kenntnisse von Vorteil Verkaufs\- und Akquisitionsflair Digitale Affinität Das bieten wir dir: Du findest bei uns ein persönliches Umfeld mit viel Freiraum, dass du durch kurze Entscheidungswege aktiv beeinflussen kannnst.
