Für unsere Abteilung Wafer Production Engineering bei der Axetris AG suchen wir eine selbstständige und motivierte Persönlichkeit als Process Engineer im Bereich Backend. Deine Aufgaben Verantwortung für die kontinuierliche Verbesserung von Prozessen und zugehörigen Anlagen Entwicklung und Optimierung von Produktionsparametern in der Waferfertigung Überführung neuer Prozesse in die Serienproduktion Spezifikation, Bewertung, Installation und Qualifizierung neuer Systeme und Anlagen Sicherstellung des 2nd\-Level\-Supports bei Anlagen\- und Prozessproblemen in der Produktion Dein Profil Masterabschluss (.) in Materialwissenschaften, Physik, Chemie oder einem vergleichbaren Fachgebiet Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung in der Halbleiterproduktion, idealerweise im Bereich Dicing oder Pick\-and\-Place. Gute Kenntnisse gängiger Methoden des Qualitäts? und Prozessmanagements wie FMEA, 8D, Ishikawa, Root\-Cause\-Analyse usw.
