Zweck der Position Als Automation & Test Equipment Engineer bist du verantwortlich für die Entwicklung und Implementierung automatisierter Montage- und End-of-Line-Testlösungen, die effiziente, zuverlässige und skalierbare Produktionsprozesse unterstützen. In enger Zusammenarbeit mit globalen, funktionsübergreifenden Teams und externen Partnern stellst du sicher, dass Produktions- und Testanlagen technische, qualitative und regulatorische Anforderungen erfüllen und treibst gleichzeitig die kontinuierliche Verbesserung unserer Fertigungsprozesse voran.

Verantwortlichkeiten Durchführung des gesamten Entwicklungszyklus automatisierter Montage- und End-of-Line-Testanlagen mit Schwerpunkt auf elektrischer Hardware. Konzeption, Aufbau, Validierung und Freigabe von Produktionsprüfanlagen und -geräten in Zusammenarbeit mit internen Teams und externen Lieferanten. Erhebung von Anwenderanforderungen bei globalen Stakeholdern sowie deren Übersetzung in technische Spezifikationen und Systemanforderungen. Unterstützung der globalen Produktionsstandorte bei der Einführung neuer End-of-Line-Testprozesse, Anlagen und Produktionslösungen im Rahmen der Implementierung neuer Produkte und Prozesse. Entwicklung und Implementierung technischer Lösungen unter Einhaltung geltender Industriestandards und bewährter Engineering-Praktiken. Erstellung technischer Spezifikationen und Dokumentationen gemäss den geltenden Anforderungen an die CE-Konformität. Erstellung von Flussdiagrammen, Systemlayouts und technischer Dokumentation zur Unterstützung von Konzeption, Implementierung und Wartung der Lösungen. Integration elektrischer und elektronischer Komponenten in vollständige Automatisierungssysteme. Entwicklung von Verifikationsplänen sowie Unterstützung von Aktivitäten in den Bereichen Qualitätssicherung und Validierung. Analyse, Optimierung und Weiterentwicklung bestehender Automatisierungs- und Testlösungen zur Verbesserung von Leistung und Zuverlässigkeit. Pflege einer korrekten technischen Dokumentation und Sicherstellung der Aktualität von Systemdefinitionen. Prüfung von Anwenderfeedback, Umsetzung von Verbesserungen sowie kontinuierliche Weiterentwicklung von Anlagen und Prozessen. Bereitstellung von technischem Support auf dritter Ebene für die Produktionsstandorte bei Bedarf.

Qualifikationen Abgeschlossenes Bachelorstudium in Elektrotechnik oder einem vergleichbaren technischen Fachgebiet mit fundierten Kenntnissen in der Elektrotechnik. Gute schriftliche und mündliche Englischkenntnisse erforderlich; Deutschkenntnisse sind von Vorteil. Erfahrung mit elektrischen Produktions- und Testanlagen erforderlich. Erfahrung in der Automatisierung von Produktions-, Montage- und End-of-Line-Testprozessen erforderlich. Erfahrung in der Mitarbeit an funktionsübergreifenden Projekten in einem industriellen Produktionsumfeld. Sehr gute Kenntnisse im Bereich elektrische Hardware für industrielle Anwendungen. Erfahrung mit Automatisierungsplattformen wie Beckhoff/TwinCAT erforderlich; Kenntnisse von Siemens-Systemen sind von Vorteil. Verständnis für industrielle Systemarchitekturen und Konzepte zur Datenspeicherung. Kenntnisse in Engineering-Entwicklungsprozessen, Methoden und Best Practices. Erfahrung mit Ventiltechnologie und Reinraumumgebungen ist von Vorteil. Proaktive, strukturierte, teamorientierte und kundenorientierte Arbeitsweise mit ausgeprägten Kommunikationsfähigkeiten.
