Syngenta Crop Protection sorgt für den Schutz der Pflanzen von der Aussaat bis zur Ernte. Von der Saat bis zur Ernte müssen Nutzpflanzen vor Unkraut, Insekten und Krankheiten geschützt werden sowie vor Dürren, Überschwemmungen, Hitze und Kälte.

Der Hauptsitz von Syngenta Crop Protection befindet sich in der Schweiz.

Für unser Sicherheitslabor in Münchwilen innerhalb der «Process Hazard Section» suchen wir eine/n Laboranten/in für das Erstellen von hochwertigen experimentellen Sicherheits Daten.

In dieser praxisnahen Laborfunktion führen Sie Untersuchungen zur Prozesssicherheit durch, werten die Ergebnisse aus und dokumentieren diese sauber zuhanden der Auftraggeber. Ihre Arbeit leistet einen direkten Beitrag zur Gefahrenidentifikation und Risikobeurteilung von Materialien und Prozessen.

Job Description ##

  • Durchführung von Laboruntersuchungen zur Charakterisierung thermischer, chemischer und physikalischer Prozessgefahren.
  • Probenvorbereitung, Bedienung und Wartung von spezialisierten Prüfgeräten.
  • Auswertung experimenteller Ergebnisse, Erstellung technischer Berichte und Kommunikation der Erkenntnisse an Projektteam.
  • Unterstützung bei der Entwicklung und kontinuierlichen Verbesserung von Labormethoden, Arbeitsanweisungen, Arbeitsabläufen und Geräten.
  • Enge Zusammenarbeit mit Prozesssicherheitsspezialist/innen, Chemiker/innen, Ingenieur/innen und Kolleg/innen aus der Entwicklung.
  • Sicherstellung hoher Standards bezüglich Laborordnung, Qualität, Dokumentation und sicherem Arbeiten

Qualifications ##

  • Abgeschlossene Berufslehre als Chemielaborant/in EFZ analytischer oder Synthese Richtung bzw. äquivalente Ausbildung.
  • Praktische Laborerfahrung; insbesondere Kenntnisse in Kalorimetrie, thermischer Analyse, Reaktionsgefahren oder Prozesssicherheit sind von Vorteil, aber nicht Bedingung.  
  • Sorgfältige, strukturierte und qualitätsorientierte Arbeitsweise bei Experimenten, Datenauswertung und Dokumentation.
  • Ausgeprägtes Bewusstsein für Gesundheits-, Sicherheits- und Umweltanforderungen.
  • Fähigkeit, selbstständig zu arbeiten und gleichzeitig wirksam in einem interdisziplinären Team mitzuwirken.
  • Gute schriftliche und mündliche Deutsch und Englischkenntnisse.
