Im Bereich Production Technology & Innovation gestaltet die Abteilung Digitalization unter anderem die Weiterentwicklung unserer digitalen Logistikprozesse entlang des End-to-End-Prozesses Inbound-to-Delivery und schaffen die Basis für eine effiziente, vernetzte und zukunftsorientierte Intralogistik. 

In dieser zentralen Drehscheibe zwischen Logistik, Produktion, Qualität, SCM und ICT suchen wir im Zuge einer Neubesetzung eine durchsetzungsstarke, begeisterungsfreudige Persönlichkeit mit ausgeprägter Digitalisierungs- und Changemanagement Kompetenz als

Votre journée type ##

  • Hauptverantwortung: Du verantwortest die taktische und operative Weiterentwicklung unserer digitalen Logistikprozesse entlang des End-to-End-Prozesses Inbound-to-Delivery und treibst unsere digitale Transformation zielgerichtet voran
  • End-to-End Governance: Du steuerst und optimierst die Lager- und Logistikprozesse im SAP EWM-Umfeld von Inbound-to-Delivery nachhaltig
  • Digitalisierungsinitiativen: Du implementierst smarte Automatisierungs-, Industrie-4.0- und Warehouse-Automation-Lösungen in enger Zusammenarbeit mit ICT und Fachbereichen
  • Prozess- & Datenstandards: Du definierst klare Prozessstandards, Stammdatenstrukturen sowie KPIs für Wareneingang, Lagerung, Kommissionierung und Versand
  • Projekt- & Schnittstellenleitung: Du begleitest bereichsübergreifende Projekte (Anbindung an S/4HANA & MES) von der Anforderungsanalyse bis zum erfolgreichen Rollout
  • Change Management: Du förderst die Nutzerakzeptanz, begleitest interdisziplinäres Stakeholder-Management und sorgst für die Einhaltung von Compliance-Richtlinien

Votre profil ##

  • Berufserfahrung: Du bringst mehrjährige Erfahrung im Logistikumfeld mit starkem Fokus auf SAP EWM, Digitalisierung und Prozess- sowie Changemanagement mit
  • Ausbildung: Du hast einen Hochschulabschluss (FH/ETH/Uni) in Ingenieurwissenschaften, Wirtschaftsingenieurwesen, (Wirtschafts-) Informatik, Supply Chain Management oder einer vergleichbaren Fachrichtung
  • Starke Schnittstellenkompetenz: Du verbindest analytische Stärke und Durchsetzungskraft an der Nahtstelle zwischen Logistik, ICT und Fachbereichen - gestützt auf tiefes Know-how in ERP-, EWM-, MES- und Automatisierungssystemen sowie datengetriebenem Prozessdesign
  • Kommunikation & Macher-Mentalität: Du überzeugst durch starke Moderations- und Kommunikationsfähigkeiten (sehr gutes Deutsch und Englisch) sowie eine strukturierte, lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise
  • Methoden- & Sozialkompetenz: Du verfügst über ausgeprägte Change-Management und Stakeholder-Management Skills zur Begleitung digitaler Transformationsprozesse
  • Projektstärke: Du hast nachweisbare Praxis in der erfolgreichen Umsetzung komplexer, interdisziplinärer Transformationsprojekte ohne direkte Linienverantwortung
