Process Scientist (Chemist) (a), (100%)

Ihre Aufgaben: -Unterstützung der Abteilung im operativen Tagesgeschäft an der Schnittstelle zwischeninnovativer chemischer Entwicklung und Herstellung neuer Wirkstoffkandidaten (cGMP und non-GMP) -Verantwortung für den Transfer von Herstellprozessen aus der Entwicklung in die Produktion -Sicherstellung der erfolgreichen Herstellung von Kilogramm-Mengen an Zwischenprodukten und Wirkstoffen -Enge Zusammenarbeit mit der Entwicklung zur Gewährleistung eines effizienten Wissenstransfers sowie robuster und nachhaltiger Produktionsprozesse -Begleitung von Produktionskampagnen vom initialen Technologietransfer über Prozessoptimierung bis zur Prozessvalidierung -Beitrag zu regulatorischen Einreichungen neuer Wirkstoffkandidaten -Sicherstellung der Einhaltung aller cGMP-Standards und Sicherheitsanforderungen -Mitarbeit bei der Erstellung und Überarbeitung von Herstelldokumenten sowie Durchführung von Prozessrisikobeurteilungen -Identifikation von Optimierungspotenzialen und Vorantreiben technischer Innovationen zur Effizienzsteigerung und Weiterentwicklung der Anlageninfrastruktur

Ihr Profil: -Abgeschlossenes Studium mit Promotion (PhD) in Chemie, idealerweise mit Schwerpunkt Organische Chemie -Fundierte Expertise in der Peptidherstellung -Ausgeprägte konzeptionelle und analytische Fähigkeiten sowie strukturierte, lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise -Erfahrung im Technologietransfer und idealerweise im Produktionsumfeld -Sehr gutes Verständnis der GMP-Anforderungen und deren praktischer Umsetzung -Teamorientierte, durchsetzungsstarke und verantwortungsbewusste Persönlichkeit -Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
