Wenn du Bock hast, die Fäden der Materialversorgung in die Hand zu nehmen, Prozesse digital aufzumöbeln und als Bindeglied zwischen High-Tech-Fertigung und globalen Märkten zu agieren, bist du hier genau richtig.

Deine Mission

  • Du rockst den kompletten Beschaffungsprozess von der Bedarfsanforderung bis zur Zahlungsfreigabe und stellst sicher, dass die Produktion niemals stillsteht.
  • Über smarte ERP-Logik steuerst du Liefertermine agil nach Bedarf und hältst die Bestände im perfekten Gleichgewicht.
  • Du vernetzt dich eng mit der Produktentwicklung sowie der Fertigung, begleitest technische Anpassungen und machst Abläufe mit deinen Ideen jeden Tag ein Stück besser.
  • Du verhandelst Konditionen für benötigte Materialien, behältst offene Punkte mit Lieferanten im Blick und pushst die Performance auf absolute Spitzenwerte.
  • Moderne Versorgungsmodelle wie Kanban oder Konsignationslager betreust du souverän und pflegst die Stammdaten auf Top-Niveau.

Qualifikationen

Dein Profil

  • Erfahrung: Du bringst mehrere Jahre Praxis aus dem operativen Einkauf oder dem Procurement Management mit ? idealerweise im technischen Umfeld.
  • Ausbildung: Dein Fundament ist eine kaufmännische oder technische Ausbildung, gerne ergänzt durch eine Spezialisierung im Bereich Beschaffung oder Logistik.
  • Tech-Skills: MS Office (besonders Excel) sitzt bei dir perfekt und im Umgang mit ERP-Systemen macht dir so schnell keiner etwas vor.
  • Mindset: Du agierst durchsetzungsstark, denkst in Lösungen statt in Problemen und schätzt die direkte, offene Kommunikation im Team.
  • Sprachen: Fliessendes Deutsch und sicheres Englisch im Tagesgeschäft sind für dich selbstverständlich.
