* Assister la direction de la procédure dans des enquêtes pénales de petite et de grande envergure, particulièrement dans le domaine de la protection de l'État, principalement en langue allemande * Soutenir la planification des procédures, préparer et mettre en œuvre l'administration des preuves, les auditions et les mesures de contrainte * Clarifier des questions juridiques, rédiger de manière autonome des décisions ainsi que des écritures juridiques de toutes sortes (p. ex. plaidoiries, recours et prises de position) * Élaborer des décisions finales telles que des actes d'accusation, des ordonnances pénales, des ordonnances de non-entrée en matière et de classement * Agir en tant que personne de contact pour les questions de procédure pour toutes les parties concernées

****Ce qui vous rend unique****

* Diplôme universitaire en droit avec de bonnes connaissances du droit pénal et de la procédure pénale * Brevet d'avocat ; qualifications additionnels souhaitées (p. ex. thèse de doctorat, LL.M., CAS) * Expérience professionnelle auprès d'un ministère public, d'un tribunal, d'un cabinet d'avocats ou domaine associé * Méthode de travail structurée et orientée résultats ainsi que pensée en réseau et une personnalité orientée solutions, pragmatique et capable de s'imposer avec une attitude positive et un fort esprit d'équipe * Communication orale et écrite en adéquation avec le domaine * Bonnes connaissances actives d'au moins une deuxième langue officielle et de l'anglais ; des connaissances passives de la troisième langue officielle constituent un avantage
