Product \& Category Manager Food ================================

Über die Position

Als Product \& Category Manager Food verantwortest du die Weiterentwicklung des Sortiments von der Lieferantenauswahl und Produktidee bis zur Umsetzung und Qualitätssicherung in den Filialen. Die drei zentralen Bereiche der sind Lieferantenverhandlungen, Produktentwicklung und die Umsetzung vor Ort.

Deine Aufgaben --------------

  • Lieferantenmanagement \& Verhandlungen: Du arbeitest mit bestehenden internen und externen Lieferanten, vergleichst Angebote, führst Verhandlungen und bereitest Entscheidungsgrundlagen für neue Lieferanten und Konditionen vor. Academic Work
  • Produkt\- \& Sortimentsentwicklung: Du entwickelst neue Produktkonzepte und verbesserst bestehende Produkte unter Berücksichtigung von Qualität, Kosten und Umsetzbarkeit.
  • Filialumsetzung \& Qualität: Du begleitest die Einführung von Produkten in den Filialen, prüfst die praktische Umsetzung und stellst gemeinsam mit den Teams die Einhaltung von Qualitäts\- und Hygienestandards sicher.
  • Analyse \& Wirtschaftlichkeit: Du analysierst Absatz, Produktprofitabilität und Marktpotenziale und unterstützt bei Kalkulationen sowie Ausschreibungen.
  • Prozesse \& Dokumentation: Du dokumentierst Produkt\- und Prozessinformationen, pflegst relevante \- und Systemdaten und stellst sicher, dass definierte Abläufe nachvollziehbar umgesetzt werden.

Anforderungen

  • Berufserfahrung im Produktmanagement, Category Management oder Einkauf, idealerweise im Food\- oder Detailhandelsumfeld
  • Praktische Erfahrung in Küche, Bäckerei, Lebensmittelproduktion oder vergleichbaren lebensmittelnahen Prozessen
  • Erfahrung im Umgang mit Lieferanten und Verhandlungen
  • Strukturierte und selbstständige Arbeitsweise
  • Bereitschaft, regelmässig in den Filialen vor Ort zu arbeiten

Nice to Have ------------

  • Betriebswirtschaftliche Grund\- oder Weiterbildung
  • Erfahrung mit Ausschreibungen
  • Erfahrung in der Entwicklung oder Weiterentwicklung rezeptbasierter Produkte
  • Verständnis für filialisierten Detailhandel
  • Erfahrung mit ERP\- oder Warenwirtschaftssystemen
