Deine Aufgaben

  • Überwachung von Normen und Standards: Du stellst sicher, dass unsere Produkte und Materialien globalen Regulatorien sowie spezifischen Kundenanforderungen entsprechen und bist kompetenter Ansprechpartner für die internen Schnittstellen
  • Identifikation und Bewertung gesetzlicher und regulatorischer Änderungen: Du definierst Massnahmen, um Risiken zu minimieren und die Compliance sicherzustellen
  • Sicherung des Marktzugangs: Du prüfst und zertifizierst Produkte, berätst in der Produktentwicklung und unterstützt über den gesamten Produktlebenszyklus
  • Durchführung und Koordination von Audits: Du gewährleistest, dass interne und externe Vorgaben zur Product\- und Material\-Compliance nachweislich eingehalten werden
  • Durchführung von Schulungen: Du informierst und schulst interne Stakeholder zu aktuellen Anforderungen und Entwicklungen im Bereich Product\- und Material\-Compliance
  • Prüfen von regulatorischen oder kundenspezifischen Anforderungen bezüglich Corporate Compliance und Einleiten von Massnahmen (Lieferkettenverantwortung, Ethik in der Wertschöpfungskette)

Dein Profil

  • Abgeschlossene technische Ausbildung, ergänzt mit einer technischen oder betriebswirtschaftlichen Weiterbildung
  • Erfahrung im Bereich Compliance, idealerweise in der Maschinenbau\- oder Lebensmittelbranche
  • Selbstständige, strukturierte und lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise mit hohem Mass an Durchsetzungsvermögen
  • Professionelles Auftreten mit Überzeugungskraft und ausgeprägten Kommunikationsfähigkeiten
  • Deutschkenntnisse fliessend, gute Englischkenntnisse (mind. B2\)
  • Kenntnisse und Erfahrung im Qualitätsmanagement von Vorteil

In deiner als Compliance Engineer mit Fokus auf Product\- und Material\-Compliance stellst du sicher, dass unsere Produkte und Materialien alle geltenden gesetzlichen und regulatorischen Anforderungen erfüllen. Du überwachst Normen und Standards, bewertest regulatorische Änderungen und leitest Massnahmen ab, um unseren globalen Marktzugang zu sichern. Prüf\- und Zertifizierungsprozesse koordinierst du ebenso wie interne und externe Audits, um sicherzustellen, dass unsere Produkte konform und international marktfähig sind. Gemeinsam mit internen und externen Partnern, wie Lieferanten und Zertifizierungsstellen, trägst du zur Entwicklung und Einführung neuer Produkte bei und begleitest deren Konformität über den gesamten Lebenszyklus. Zudem übernimmst du eine beratende , indem du Mitarbeitende und Projektverantwortliche zu Compliance\-Themen schulst und informierst. Damit trägst du aktiv dazu bei, die hohen Qualitätsstandards unseres Unternehmens sicherzustellen und unsere Innovationskraft auf globaler Ebene zu stärken.
