Hochwertige frische Schokolade - dafür steht die Schweizer Schokoladenmanufaktur Läderach. 1962 gegründet, beschäftigt das Familienunternehmen heute gruppenweit über 2500 Menschen aus mehr als 80 Ländern, Tendenz steigend. Der Hauptsitz des Unternehmens liegt im Kanton Glarus. Vor malerischer Alpenkulisse produzieren wir hier unsere frischen Schokoladen und entwickeln in agilen Teams ständig neue, innovative Ideen.

In unserer Produktion stellen wir aus hochwertigen Rohstoffen frische Couverturen her. Anschliessend verarbeiten und veredeln wir die flüssigen Schokoladen in unserer Schokoladenmanufaktur zu FrischSchoggi, Pralinés, Truffes, Figuren und vielem mehr. Willst auch du daran teilhaben? Das erwartet dich #####

  • Du entwickelst neue innovative Produkte für unsere internationalen Märkte nach unseren Qualitätsstandards (Lebensmittelsicherheit, Rohstoffbeurteilung, Nachhaltigkeit etc.)
  • Du führst Entwicklungsprojekte selbständig durch, mit allen entwicklungsrelevanten Phasen vom Prototyp bis zur Einführung in die Produktion
  • Du arbeitest eng mit dem Marketing, dem Fertigungsteam und dem Qualitätsmanagement zusammen, um eine termingerechte Markteinführung zu gewährleisten
  • Du arbeitest mit dem Einkauf und den Lieferanten bei der Beschaffung von Rohstoffen und Produktionsmaterialien zusammen
  • Du stellst die Datenqualität im ERP-System sicher und pflegst diese
  • Du stärkst das Innovationspotential sowie das handwerkliche und technologische Know-how
  • Du berätst und unterstützt die Produktion fachlich bei Qualitäts- und Effizienzoptimierungen.

  • Du verfügst über eine abgeschlossene Berufsausbildung als Confiseur oder mehrjährige Erfahrung als Chocolatier und besitzt mehrjährige Berufserfahrung im Umgang mit Couverture
  • Du verfügst über ein ausgeprägtes Qualitätsbewusstsein, handwerkliches Geschick, Liebe zum Detail und ein hohes Mass an Kreativität
  • Du hältst dich über die neuesten Entwicklungen im Bereich Produkte, Ingredienzen, Technologien und Trends auf dem Laufenden
  • Du bist gewohnt, selbständig zu arbeiten, erkennst und setzt Prioritäten und arbeitest strukturiert
  • Du besitzt gute Kommunikations- und Kooperationsfähigkeiten, um funktionsübergreifend zu arbeiten, und bringst idealerweise Erfahrung im Projektmanagement mit
  • Du verfügst über sehr gute Sprachkenntnisse in Deutsch und bringst idealerweise Kenntnisse in Englisch mit
