Description du poste ##

  • Assurer le leadership opérationnel de l-équipe Product Management, coordonner ses activités et accompagner les Product Managers dans leur quotidien ;
  • Piloter le portefeuille des projets Montres, assurer une vision globale de son avancement et garantir la bonne gestion des priorités ;
  • Accompagner et challenger les Product Managers dans le développement de leurs produits, de la définition du projet jusqu-à son industrialisation ;
  • Identifier et anticiper les risques, dépendances et points de blocage, et coordonner les actions nécessaires à leur résolution ;
  • Garantir la qualité et la fiabilité des reportings du Product Management à destination du Head of Product et du Product Committee ;
  • Maintenir et développer un haut niveau d-excellence opérationnelle au sein du Product Management à travers les processus, outils, méthodes de travail et standards de suivi ;
  • Représenter le Product Management et assurer une collaboration étroite avec le Bureau Technique, l-Industrialisation, la Qualité et la Supply Chain ;
  • Participer activement aux différentes instances de coordination liées au développement produit : suivi des homologations, soumissions industrielles, suivi qualité, industrialisation et autres jalons clés ;
  • Encadrer, accompagner et développer les Product Managers, favoriser leur autonomie et contribuer à une dynamique d-équipe exigeante, collaborative et orientée résultats.

Profil ##

  • Expérience confirmée en Product Management et développement produit, idéalement dans un environnement industriel exigeant;
  • Diplôme d-une haute école de gestion, d-ingénieur ou formation jugée équivalente;
  • Bonne compréhension des processus de développement et d-industrialisation d-un produit et capacité à collaborer efficacement avec des équipes multidisciplinaires.

Compétences requises ##

  • Leadership naturel, avec la capacité d-accompagner, challenger, développer et fédérer une équipe;
  • Excellentes capacités d-organisation et de priorisation, permettant de conserver une vision globale tout en restant proche des enjeux opérationnels;
  • Forte capacité d-analyse, de résolution de problèmes et de prise de décision;
  • À l-aise dans un environnement exigeant et sous pression, avec la capacité à gérer plusieurs priorités simultanément tout en restant structuré, pragmatique et orienté solutions;
  • Excellentes compétences en communication, avec la capacité à interagir aussi bien avec les équipes opérationnelles qu-avec les instances de gouvernance;
  • Sens des responsabilités, esprit d-initiative et forte orientation vers l-exécution et les résultats.

Langues ##

  • Parfaite maîtrise du français et de l-anglais;
  • L'allemand est un atout.
