Deine Hauptaufgaben ###

  • Zentrale Schnittstellenfunktion zwischen verschiedenen Fachbereichen mit aktiver Mitarbeit in der Entwicklung von Varianten für Injektionssysteme (Autoinjektoren)
  • Fachliche Führung innerhalb interdisziplinärer Teams sowie Verantwortung für zugewiesene Produktvarianten nach deren Markteinführung
  • Sicherstellung eines reibungslosen Informationsflusses zwischen internen Teams und B2B-Kunden aus der Pharma- und Biotechnologiebranche
  • Vertretung von Kundenanforderungen in Projekten sowie aktives Stakeholder-Management
  • Eigenständige Analyse und Lösung vielfältiger Herausforderungen - von technischen und qualitätsrelevanten Themen bis hin zu logistischen und kommerziellen Fragestellungen
  • Unterstützung des Vertriebs bei Geschäftsmöglichkeiten sowie Durchführung von Trainings zu Produktpositionierung, Wettbewerbsvorteilen, Value Proposition und technischen Produkteigenschaften
  • Koordination und Umsetzung von Produktänderungen und -optimierungen (z. B. Change Control und CAPAs)
  • Sicherstellung der Produktprofitabilität sowie Beitrag zu einer hohen Kundenzufriedenheit

Dein Profil ###

  • Abgeschlossenes Studium (Bachelor/Master) in Betriebswirtschaft, Ingenieurwesen oder einem verwandten Bereich
  • Erste Berufserfahrung (mind. 2 Jahre) im Produktmanagement, Projektmanagement, Business Development oder in einer vergleichbaren Schnittstellenfunktion - idealerweise in der Medizintechnik- oder Pharmaindustrie
  • Ausgeprägte Kommunikations- und Stakeholder-Management-Skills sowie Freude an der interdisziplinären Zusammenarbeit, kombiniert mit einer proaktiven Hands-on-Mentalität
  • Fähigkeit, technische, kommerzielle und kundenbezogene Anforderungen zu vereinen und daraus klare Prioritäten abzuleiten
  • Strukturierte, selbstständige Arbeitsweise mit hoher Organisationsfähigkeit; Erfahrung im GMP-regulierten Umfeld von Vorteil
  • Technisches Verständnis bzw. Interesse an komplexen technischen Themen sowie sehr gute Deutsch (C1)- und Englischkenntnisse (C1)
