WOFÜR WIR SIE SUCHEN

Als Product Manager C2 gestalten Sie die strategische Weiterentwicklung unserer Command-&-Control-Produkte im Bereich Ground Based Air Defence aktiv mit. An der Schnittstelle zwischen Kunden, Markt und Technologie entwickeln Sie zukunftsorientierte Produktstrategien und Roadmaps und bringen dabei Ihre Ideen von der ersten Konzeption bis zur erfolgreichen Umsetzung ein. 

Ihre Aufgaben im Detail:

  • Strategische Weiterentwicklung definierter Command-&-Control-Produkte und Produktfamilien im Bereich Ground Based Air Defence
  • Entwicklung und Umsetzung von Produktstrategien, Produkt-Roadmaps und Business Cases mit Fokus C2 auf Basis von Kundenanforderungen, Markttrends und technologischen Entwicklungen
  • Durchführung von Markt-, Wettbewerbs- und Technologiebewertungen sowie Erhebung, Bewertung und Priorisierung von Kundenanforderungen
  • Ableitung von Innovations- und Produktverbesserungsmassnahmen
  • Aufbau und Moderation von User Groups sowie Etablierung von Roadmap Participation und Feature-Voting-Prozessen mit Kunden und Nutzern
  • Aufbau und Weiterentwicklung von Software- und Lizenzgeschäftsmodellen inklusive geeigneter Pricing-Ansätze für zukünftige C2-Produkte und Funktionen
  • Mitgestaltung des Idea-to-Product-Prozesses von der ersten Produktidee bis zur Markteinführung sowie Begleitung von Produktvalidierungen beim Kunden
  • Unterstützung von Business Development, Bid Management und Vertrieb bei Ausschreibungen, Kampagnen, Kundenpräsentationen und der Positionierung unserer Produkte
  • Enge Zusammenarbeit mit Systems Engineering und Softwareentwicklung bei Architekturentscheidungen, Konzeptreviews, Produktinkrementen und Releases
  • Durchführung von Produkt-Governance-Aktivitäten und Gate Reviews sowie Erstellung von Management-Entscheidungsvorlagen und Begleitung des Lifecycle-Managements

WAS SIE MITBRINGEN SOLLTEN

  • Abgeschlossenes Studium in Informatik, Elektrotechnik, Nachrichtentechnik, Systems Engineering, Wirtschaftsingenieurwesen, Luft- und Raumfahrttechnik oder einer vergleichbaren Fachrichtung
  • Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung im Product Management, Systems Engineering, Command & Control, in der Softwareentwicklung oder einem vergleichbaren technologieorientierten Umfeld
  • Erfahrung in der Entwicklung von Produktstrategien, Roadmaps und Business Cases sowie im Umgang mit komplexen technischen Produkten
  • Kenntnisse militärischer Führungs- und Informationssysteme sowie von Sensor-, Kommunikations-, Führungs- und Luftverteidigungsarchitekturen von Vorteil
  • Kenntnisse agiler Produktmanagement- und Entwicklungsmethoden sowie Erfahrung mit Software- und technologiegetriebenen Produkten wünschenswert
  • Erfahrung in den Bereichen Künstliche Intelligenz, Machine Learning, Data Fusion, Situational Awareness oder Automatisierung von Vorteil
  • Ausgeprägtes technisches Verständnis kombiniert mit strategischem und unternehmerischem Denken sowie hoher Kunden- und Marktorientierung
  • Analytische, strukturierte und selbstständige Arbeitsweise sowie die Fähigkeit, komplexe technische und organisatorische Zusammenhänge verständlich zu vermitteln
  • Kommunikations- und Moderationsstärke, Eigeninitiative sowie sicheres Auftreten gegenüber Kunden, Management und unterschiedlichen Stakeholdern
  • Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift sowie Teamgeist, Verantwortungsbewusstsein und Begeisterung für innovative Technologien und moderne C2-Lösungen
