Das bringst du mit \* Technische Ausbildung \\- Du hast ein abgeschlossenes Studium in Wirtschaftsingenieurwesen, Elektro\\-/Lichttechnik, Maschinenbau oder einer vergleichbaren Fachrichtung (FH/HF/Uni). Betriebswirtschaftliche Kenntnisse sind von Vorteil. \* Affinität zu Architektur und Design -- Du begeisterst dich für Architektur, Design und Licht und bringst ein ausgeprägtes Gespür für Ästhetik, Gestaltung und hochwertige Produktelösungen mit. \* Erfahrung im Produktmanagement \\- Du bringst mindestens fünf Jahre Erfahrung im technischen Produktmanagement mit, idealerweise in der Leuchtenentwicklung, und kennst den gesamten Produktlebenszyklus. \* Technisches Know\\-how \\- Du verfügst über fundierte Kenntnisse in Lichttechnik, Lichtsteuerung und relevanten Normen sowie über Erfahrung mit konfigurierbaren Produktfamilien und Variantenmanagement. \* Unternehmerisches Denken \\- Du bist sicher im Umgang mit Herstellkosten, Kalkulationen, Deckungsbeiträgen und Business Cases. Kenntnisse des Objektgeschäfts und der Vertriebswege im DACH\\-Raum sind von Vorteil. \* Arbeitsweise \\- Du arbeitest strukturiert und selbständig, setzt klare Prioritäten und triffst fundierte Entscheidungen.
