Dank innovativer Digital\-Health\-Lösungen treibt Medgate neue Behandlungsformen voran und gestaltet die Medizin der Zukunft aktiv mit. Über 300 motivierte Mitarbeitende verfolgen bei Medgate Schweiz dabei gemeinsam das Ziel, die Gesundheitsversorgung zu verbessern.

Als Product Owner bist du verantwortlich für die Weiterentwicklung von zwei wichtigen Systemen: dem Medgate Partner Portal sowie dem Kernsystem SOFIA.

Du arbeitest eng mit dem Business Owner, dem Technical Team Lead sowie mit dem vietnamesischen Entwicklungsteam zusammen und stellst sicher, dass Lösungen effizient, qualitativ hochwertig und entlang der strategischen Ziele umgesetzt werden. Du nutzt AI aktiv in der Strukturierung von Anforderungen, der Beschleunigung der Delivery und der kontinuierlichen Verbesserung der Produktqualität.

Deine Aufgaben

  • Du verantwortest das Product Backlog und priorisierst Anforderungen entlang von Business Value und strategischen Zielen
  • Du übersetzt Business\-Anforderungen in klare, umsetzbare User Stories mit Akzeptanzkriterien
  • Enge Zusammenarbeit mit Business Owner, UX/UI, Analytics und Entwicklungsteam zusammen
  • Du planst und begleitest Sprints und stellst eine termingerechte Lieferung sicher
  • Übernehmen von Verantwortung für die Qualität der gelieferten Features (inkl. UAT)
  • Sicherstellung, dass ein hoher Anteil der Features (≥90%) beim ersten Testlauf die Anforderungen erfüllt und vom Business akzeptiert wird
  • Du nutzt Daten und KPIs zur Steuerung und kontinuierlichen Verbesserung des Produkts
  • Workshops moderieren und du bringst unterschiedliche Stakeholder auf ein gemeinsames Zielbild

Arbeiten mit AI

  • Nutzung von AI (z. B. Code) aktiv zur Unterstützung von Discovery, Backlog\-Refinement und Delivery
  • Du strukturierst Anforderungen so, dass sie effizient in umsetzbare Arbeitspakete überführt werden können
  • Du trägst dazu bei, Effizienz, Qualität und Time\-to\-Market durch den gezielten Einsatz von AI kontinuierlich zu verbessern

Dein Profil

  • Mehrjährige Erfahrung (ca. 4–6 Jahre) als Product Owner, Product Manager oder Business Analyst in einem agilen Umfeld
  • Informatik\- / Wirtschaftsinformatikstudium oder gleichwertige Ausbildung
  • Erfahrung mit agilen Methoden (Scrum / Kanban) und interdisziplinären Teams
  • Ausgeprägte Kommunikations\- und Stakeholder\-Management\-Skills
  • Ein gutes Verständnis von Softwareentwicklungs\- und Qualitätssicherungsprozessen
  • Interesse oder Erfahrung im Einsatz von AI in der Produktentwicklung
  • Begeisterung für die Möglichkeiten der Digitalisierung im Gesundheitswesen
  • Du bist ein innovativer Denker und du findest Freude daran, gute Lösungen für komplexe Probleme zu finden
  • Sehr gute Deutsch\- und Englischkenntnisse
  • Bereitschaft 2\-3 Tage pro Woche vor Ort in Allschwil zu arbeiten
