Deine Aufgaben ##

Was dich erwartet ####

  • Mitarbeit als Product Owner im Value Hub Claims mit Verantwortung für den Solution Stream Sumex
  • Führen und Gestalten der dir zugewiesenen Produkte hinsichtlich Qualität und Weiterentwicklung
  • Verantwortung für den Kundenkontakt und die Positionierung des Produkts am Markt im End-to-End-Prozess; Erkennen relevanter Kundenbedürfnisse und Marktentwicklungen sowie Bearbeiten von Eskalationen zum Produkt
  • Vorbereitung, Verwaltung und Priorisierung des Produkt-Backlogs; Planung der Aktivitäten im Einklang mit dem mittel- und langfristigen Plan der Organisation sowie Abstimmung des Scopes mit den Kunden
  • Definition und Überwachung von KPIs zur Bewertung des Produkterfolgs
  • Sicherstellen von termingerechten und budgetkonformen Umsetzungen durch enge Abstimmung mit den Teams und kontinuierliches Monitoring im Rahmen des PI

Deine Skills ##

Was du fachlich mitbringst ####

  • Erfahrung als Product Owner, idealerweise mit praktischem Know-how im Arbeiten in einem SAFe-Scaled Agile Framework
  • Vertieftes Versicherungswissen im Leistungsbereich, Kenntnisse der Branchensoftware Sumex sind von Vorteil
  • Erfahrung in der Anforderungsdefinition und Zusammenarbeit mit Softwarelieferanten und Entwicklungsteams
  • Aus- oder Weiterbildung in Betriebswirtschaft, Wirtschaftsinformatik oder Ähnliches
  • Strukturierte und selbstständige Arbeitsweise und Motivation, mit agiler Arbeitsmethodik (Erfahrung/Zertifizierung SAFe wünschenswert) zu arbeiten und Veränderungen mitzugestalten
