Aufgaben

  • Du verantwortest die ganzheitliche Markt- und Ergebnisentwicklung der Produktbereiche Outdoor, Personalcare, Kaffee & Küche und stellst die Erreichung der Beschaffungs-, Marktanteils-, Umsatz-, Rentabilitäts- und Qualitätsziele sicher.
  • Als Mitglied des Führungsteams gestaltest du die Category-Strategie sowie den Geschäftsplan aktiv mit und treibst deren Umsetzung voran.
  • Gemeinsam mit deinen Purchasing Managern entwickelst du die Sortimente kontinuierlich weiter und stellst ein optimales Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis mit Fokus auf die Bedürfnisse der Schweizer Konsumentinnen und Konsumenten sicher.
  • Du entwickelst und setzt eine ganzheitliche Promotionsplanung über die relevanten Vertriebskanäle (POS und Online) in Abstimmung mit der Category-Leitung um.
  • Du pflegst nationale und internationale Lieferantenbeziehungen und führst Verhandlungen zur Sicherstellung attraktiver Konditionen und eines wettbewerbsfähigen Sortiments.
  • Du trägst die betriebswirtschaftliche Verantwortung für deinen Bereich, analysierst relevante KPIs und leitest gezielte Optimierungsmassnahmen ab.
  • Du beobachtest Trends und Wettbewerbsentwicklungen und entwickelst deine Purchasing Manager ziel- und ergebnisorientiert weiter.

Anforderungen

  • Du hast eine hohe Affinität zu Heimelektronik / Non-Food und bringst zwingend Erfahrung in FMCG, Retail oder E-Commerce mit.
  • Du verfügst über eine kaufmännische Grundausbildung mit betriebswirtschaftlicher Weiterbildung oder einen betriebswirtschaftlichen Studienabschluss.
  • Du hast mindestens fünf Jahre Erfahrung in einer vergleichbaren Position sowie Führungserfahrung.
  • Du verfügst über stilsichere Deutschkenntnisse und gute Englischkenntnisse; Französischkenntnisse sind von Vorteil.
  • Du verfügst über gute MS-Office-Kenntnisse sowie fundierte Erfahrung im Umgang mit SAP.
  • Du denkst kunden- und lösungsorientiert und überzeugst durch hohe Einsatz- und Lernbereitschaft.
  • Du arbeitest eigenverantwortlich, zuverlässig, analytisch und teamorientiert.
