  • Support: Du bietest Second-Level-Support für unsere Vertragspartner
  • Optimierung: Du unterstützt den fachlichen Applikationsverantwortlichen bei der Identifikation von Anwendungsverbesserungen und Schulungsschwerpunkten
  • Koordination: Du betreust die Markendivisionen bei der Umsetzung von Programmen in systemrelevanten Fragestellungen
  • Partnermanagement: Du begleitest Vertragspartner im Mutationsprozess von Neueintritt über Statusänderungen bis zum Austritt
  • Kommunikation: Du stellst die interne Verteilung von Informationen zu Neuerungen, Updates und Best Practices sicher

Das bringst du mit ##

  • Erfahrung: Du bringst mehrjährige Berufserfahrung im Automobilgewerbe mit und hast Freude am direkten Austausch mit Kundschaft
  • Aus- / Weiterbildung: Du verfügst über eine automobiltechnische Grundausbildung. Eine kaufmännische Weiterbildung ist von Vorteil
  • Sprachkenntnisse: Du kommunizierst stilsicher auf Deutsch und verfügst über gute mündliche und schriftliche Französischkenntnisse
  • Digital Skills: Du bewegst dich sicher in der M365-Umgebung und bringst eine ausgeprägte Affinität für IT- und Systemthemen mit
  • Personality Fit: Du bringst Menschen, Prozesse und Systeme zusammen, kommunizierst auf Augenhöhe und behältst auch bei komplexen Zusammenhängen den Überblick
