Für unser Planungs-Team suchen wir ab sofort oder nach Vereinbarung eine zielorientierte, affine und belastbare Persönlichkeit als Produktionsplaner/-in 100%:

 

Deine Mission:

Als Production Planner bist du für die E2E Produktionsplanung am Standort verantwortlich und stellst sicher, dass Produktionsprioritäten realistisch, transparent und wirksam in die operative Umsetzung gebracht werden. In dieser Funktion bist du die zentrale Schnittstelle zwischen Produktion, Qualität, Logistik, sowie Supply Planning und Komponentenplanung.

 

Produktionsplanung & Steuerung:

  • Verantwortung für operative und taktische E2E Planung inklusive Priorisierung, Terminierung und Abstimmung mit der Produktion
  • Hauptansprechpartner für die Produktion in allen planungsrelevanten Themen inkl. aktiver Teilnahme an Shopfloor-Formaten
  • Erstellung, Pflege und Steuerung von Produktionsaufträgen im ERP-System Abacus
  • Sicherstellung eines stabilen und realistischen Produktionsplans unter Berücksichtigung von Materialverfügbarkeit, Kapazitäten, Qualitätsfreigaben und operativen Restriktionen und Abhängigkeiten
  • Aktives Management von Terminabweichungen, Engpässen und Risiken inklusive transparenter Kommunikation an relevante Stakeholder

 

Daten, Systeme & Planungsqualität:

  • Sicherstellung einer hohen Planungsqualität durch genaue Prüfung und Nachverfolgung von Stammdaten, Materialverfügbarkeit und produktionsrelevanten Abhängigkeiten
  • Identifikation und Absicherung kritischer Planungsparameter, um frühzeitig eine saubere und belastbare mittelfristige Planungsgrundlagen zu schaffen
  • Sehr sicherer Umgang mit komplexen Datenstrukturen, manuellen Schnittstellen und systemübergreifenden Zusammenhängen

 

Prozessmanagement & Optimierung:

  • Identifikation von Schwachstellen, Ineffizienzen und Fehlerquellen in den heutigen Abläufen sowie Entwicklung nachhaltiger Verbesserungen mit dem Ziel, Abläufe robuster, transparenter und effizienter zu gestalten
  • Verantwortung für regelmäßige Auswertungen, Analyse und Präsentation relevanter Produktionskennzahlen, sowie
  • Einführung und Weiterentwicklung geeigneter Kennzahlen, Reports und Auswertungsmöglichkeiten zur besseren Steuerung
  • Beitrag zur Weiterentwicklung der Produktionsstrategie und der Planungsorganisation

 

Dein Profil:

  • Abgeschlossenes Studium in Betriebswirtschaft, Wirtschaftsingenieurwesen, Supply Chain Management oder vergleichbar
  • Mehrjährige relevante Berufserfahrung in der Produktionsplanung eines produzierenden Unternehmens, idealerweise in FMCG
  • Starkes analytisches Denkvermögen und sehr gutes Verständnis für komplexe Planungszusammenhänge
  • Resilient, strukturiert und präzise auch in einem dynamischen und anspruchsvollen Umfeld
  • Kommunikationsstark und teamfähig mit ausgeprägtem Stakeholder- und Expectation-Management
  • Hoher Anspruch an Prozessverbesserung und Bereitschaft, den Status quo konstruktiv zu challengen
  • Hohe IT-Affinität sowie sehr gute Excel-Kenntnisse und solide ERP-Erfahrung, idealerweise mit Abacus und/oder SAP, Power Bi
  • Sehr gute Deutsch- und gute Englischkenntnisse
