Die Leichtbau AG ist ein weltweit tätiges Unternehmen, spezialisiert in der Entwicklung und Herstellung innovativer Produkte in der Leichtbautechnik, fokussiert auf den Einsatz in der Zivilluftfahrt, Luftrettung und Bahntechnik. Unser Angebot gliedert sich in die unterschiedlichen Anwendungsbereiche Bordküchen (CCE), Medical \& Interior Components (MIC) und Bahn.

Zur Ergänzung unseres Teams im Bereich Produkt Management suchen wir per sofort oder nach Vereinbarung eine einsatzfreudige und flexible Persönlichkeit als

Das Aufgabengebiet umfasst folgende Tätigkeiten:

Technischen Kundensupport

  • Regelmässiger Abgleich und technischer Support mit Schlüsselkunden
  • Koordination und Bearbeitung von Kundenanfragen
  • Erste Anlaufstelle für Kundenwünsche und Beanstandungen
  • Führen von Kundenspezifischen Action Tracking Lists
  • Regelmässige Abstimmung mit operativem Customer Service Team
  • Erstellen von kundenspezifischen After Sales Angeboten
  • Proaktiver Verkauf von Produkteupgrades und Ersatzteilpaketen
  • Koordination abgekündigter Teile (intern/extern – last order)

Produktmanagement

  • Regelmässige Analyse unserer Produkte im Vergleich zum Wettbewerb
  • Bereitstellung von Verkaufsunterlagen zur Angebotserstellung und Kundenpräsentation
  • Erarbeitung von Produktanforderungen (Machbarkeitsstudien, Lastenhefterstellung)
  • Definition von Recommended Spare Part Listen, Ersatzteil\- und Wartungskonzepten sowie deren Bewirtschaftung
  • Bewertung von Kundenfeedbacks inkl. Vorschlägen für Produkteverbesserungen
  • Erstellen von luftfahrtrechtlichen Anwender\- und Trainingskonzepten
  • Grundlagenerarbeitung für Produktkalkulationen
  • Newsletter und Kundenumfragen

Was gehört dazu?

  • Kunden\-, Messe\- und Kongressbesuche
  • Proaktiver Austausch mit Kunden und Partnern
  • Sales Support bei Angeboten kompletter Ausstattungen / öffentlichen Ausschreibungen
  • Begleitung von Kundenworkshops
  • Auswertungen und Reportings

Die idealen Voraussetzungen sind:

  • Technische Ausbildung und betriebswirtschaftliches Verständnis
  • Erfahrung im Kundendienst und im Produktemanagement
  • Selbständige und zielgerichtete Arbeitsweise
  • Kundenorientierte, teamfähige und offene Persönlichkeit
  • Verhandlungssicher in Deutsch und Englisch
  • Branchen\- Produktkenntnisse in der Luftfahrt erwünscht
  • Erfahrungen im Bereich der Luftfahrttechnik von Vorteil
