Neben kulinarischen Produkten wie Suppen, Saucen, Würzen, Bouillons, Instant\-Kaffees, Frühstücksgetränken und Getreideriegeln, welche wir für Detailhandel und Grossverbraucher herstellen, verfügen wir über ein umfangreiches Sortiment an Halbfabrikaten, die für die Lebensmittelindustrie bestimmt sind. Zur Unterstützung unseres Teams suchen wir nach Vereinbarung eine\*n Produkt\- und Portfolio Manager Foodservice Schweiz \& Export 100% Deine Aufgaben In dieser vielseitigen Funktion bist du die zentrale produktseitige Ansprechperson für unser gesamtes Foodservice\-Sortiment in der Schweiz und im Export. Du betreust, analysierst und entwickelst das bestehende Sortiment weiter und sorgst dafür, dass unsere Produkte aktuell, marktfähig und wirtschaftlich erfolgreich bleiben. Zu deinen Aufgaben gehören insbesondere: Betreuung, Auswertung und Pflege des gesamten Foodservice\-Sortiments Schweiz \& Export. Planung, Pflege und Kontrolle des Absatzbudgets sowie relevanter Sortiments\- und Portfolio\-Kennzahlen. Überwachung und Überprüfung des bestehenden Sortiments hinsichtlich Aktualität, Marktanforderungen, Konkurrenzfähigkeit und Wirtschaftlichkeit. Initiierung und Koordination von Sortimentsänderungen, zum Beispiel Rezepturanpassungen, Deklarationsanpassungen, Verpackungsthemen oder Eliminationen. Klärung von Absatzerwartungen inklusive Budgethinterlegung bei Neuaufnahmen. Erstellung von Markt\- und Mitbewerberanalysen zu Marktattraktivität, Marktchancen, Preispositionierung, Inhaltsstoffen, Differenzierung und Anforderungen im Foodservice. Erarbeitung von Konzepten und Entscheidungsgrundlagen zu Positionierung, USP, Kommunikation und Sortimentsentwicklung. Leitung und Koordination von Produkt\- und Sortimentsprojekten für bestehende und neue Produkte. Enge Zusammenarbeit mit Produktentwicklung, Qualitätssicherung, Supply Chain, Einkauf, Verkauf Schweiz und Export. Kontaktpflege mit relevanten Lieferanten im Rahmen produktbezogener Themen. Produktbezogene Unterstützung von Verkauf Schweiz und Export mit Informationen, Analysen und Unterlagen. Drehscheibenfunktion bei produktbezogenen Anfragen und Reklamationen. Das bringst du mit Kaufmännische, gastronomische, technische oder betriebswirtschaftliche Ausbildung, idealerweise mit Weiterbildung im Bereich Betriebswirtschaft, Produktmanagement, Lebensmittel oder Foodservice (z. B. Hotelfachschule). Erfahrung in einer Funktion mit Bezug zu Produkten (z. B. Produktmanagement, Marketing, Einkauf oder Verkauf), idealerweise im Lebensmittelumfeld oder Foodservice. Gutes Verständnis für Sortimente, Produkte, Marktanforderungen und wirtschaftliche Zusammenhänge. Freude an Lebensmitteln, Kulinarik, Zahlen, Analysen und Projektarbeit. Analytische, strukturierte, selbständige und zuverlässige Arbeitsweise. Fähigkeit, verschiedene interne und externe Schnittstellen professionell zu koordinieren. Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse und gute Englischkenntnisse, ösischkenntnisse von Vorteil. Gute Kenntnisse in MS Office, insbesondere Excel und PowerPoint, SAP\-Kenntnisse von Vorteil. Interessiert?
