Ihre Aufgabe ##

- Konstruktion und Modellierung von Design- und technischen Kunststoffteilen mit 3D-CAD - Entwicklung und Ausarbeitung von Gerätekonzepten gemäss Kundenanforderungen hinsichtlich Design und Funktion Berücksichtigung von Normen, Wirtschaftlichkeit und Herstellbarkeit - Beschaffung, Aufbau und Bewertung von Prototypen - Begleitung der Werkzeugbeschaffung in Zusammenarbeit mit internationalen Lieferanten - Erstellung von technischen Zeichnungen, Spezifikationen und Stücklisten unter - Verantwortung für den Komponentenfreigabeprozess inklusive technischer Dokumentation - Planung und Durchführung von Testserien gemeinsam mit den Produktionsteams

Ihr Profil ##

  • Abgeschlossene Grundausbildung als Konstrukteur EFZ, Produktionsmechaniker EFZ, - Kunststofftechnologe EFZ oder vergleichbar
  • Weiterbildung als Maschineningenieur FH, Innovationsingenieur FH, Kunststofftechniker HF oder vergleichbar
  • Erfahrung in der Produktentwicklung und der werkzeuggerechten Auslegung von Kunststoffteilen ist ein Muss
  • Kenntnisse in der Erstellung technischer Zeichnungen inklusive ISO- und GPS-Bemassung
  • Gute CAD-Kenntnisse, idealerweise mit SolidWorks, Inventor oder Siemens NX
  • Englischkenntnisse mindestens auf Niveau B2
  • Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse werden vorausgesetzt
  • Wohnhaft in der Schweiz
