Job Description ##

  • Verantwortung für das Produktions- und Kostencontrolling inklusive Herstellkostenanalysen, Kalkulationen und KPI-Monitoring
  • Analyse von Produktionsprozessen sowie Identifikation und Umsetzung von Optimierungspotenzialen hinsichtlich Kosten, Effizienz und Profitabilität
  • Betreuung des Projekt- und Investitionscontrollings inklusive Wirtschaftlichkeits- und Make-or-Buy-Analysen
  • Finanzielle Begleitung von Entwicklungs- und Investitionsprojekten im technischen Umfeld
  • Überwachung von Beständen und Working Capital sowie Ableitung geeigneter Steuerungsmassnahmen
  • Erstellung von Budget, Forecast und Management Reporting
  • Sparringspartner für Werksleitung und Management bei operativen und strategischen Fragestellungen
  • Weiterentwicklung von Controlling-Instrumenten, Kostenrechnungsstrukturen und Reporting-Prozessen
  • Sicherstellung einer hohen Datenqualität und Transparenz entlang der Wertschöpfungskette

The Successful Applicant ##

  • Studium mit Schwerpunkt Finance, Controlling, Betriebswirtschaft oder Wirtschaftsingenieurwesen
  • Mehrjährige Erfahrung im Produktions-, Werks- oder Operations Controlling eines industriellen Unternehmens
  • Fundierte Kenntnisse in Kostenrechnung, Produktkalkulation sowie Investitions- und Projektcontrolling
  • Ausgeprägtes Verständnis für Produktionsprozesse und industrielle Wertschöpfungsketten
  • Fähigkeit, finanzielle Analysen in konkrete Handlungsempfehlungen für das operative Geschäft zu übersetzen
  • Proaktive, hands-on-orientierte Persönlichkeit mit hoher Eigenverantwortung
  • Sehr gute Kenntnisse in ERP-Systemen und Excel
  • Verhandlungssichere Deutschkenntnisse sowie gute Englischkenntnisse
