Job Description ##

  • Verantwortung für das Produktions- und Werkscontrolling
  • Analyse von Produktionskennzahlen sowie Identifikation von Optimierungs- und Effizienzpotenzialen
  • Durchführung von Kostenanalysen, Soll-Ist-Vergleichen und Abweichungsanalysen
  • Erstellung von Budgets, Forecasts und finanziellen Planungen für die Produktionsbereiche
  • Unterstützung bei Monats-, Quartals- und Jahresabschlüssen
  • Weiterentwicklung von KPI-Dashboards und Reporting-Instrumenten
  • Business Partner für Produktionsleitung, Operations und Management
  • Mitarbeit bei Investitionsrechnungen sowie Wirtschaftlichkeitsanalysen
  • Unterstützung von Prozessoptimierungen und bereichsübergreifenden Projekten

The Successful Applicant ##

  • Abgeschlossenes Studium im Bereich Finanzen, Controlling, Betriebswirtschaft oder Wirtschaftsingenieurwesen
  • Mehrjährige Erfahrung im Produktions-, Werks- oder Operations-Controlling
  • Sehr gutes Verständnis von Produktionsprozessen und Kostenstrukturen
  • Hohe Affinität zu Zahlen, Analysen und Datenaufbereitung
  • Erfahrung mit ERP-Systemen sowie BI- und Reporting-Tools
  • Selbstständige, strukturierte und lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise
  • Sehr gute Deutsch- sowie gute Englischkenntnisse
