Produktionscontroller / Senior Operations Controller (m/w/d) SPT AG – Standort Lyss Die SPT Gruppe ist eine international tätige, mittelständische Unternehmensgruppe mit mehr als 1\.000 Mitarbeitenden und Standorten in der Schweiz und Asien. Für unseren Produktionsstandort in Lyss suchen wir eine erfahrene Persönlichkeit als Produktionscontroller / Senior Operations Controller (m/w/d). Sie berichten direkt an den Leiter Corporate Finance und arbeiten eng mit der lokalen Geschäftsleitung zusammen. Als finanzwirtschaftlicher Sparringspartner verbinden Sie fundierte Analysen mit einem ausgeprägten Verständnis unserer operativen Produktionsprozesse und leiten daraus konkrete Handlungsempfehlungen ab. Ihre Aufgaben Verantwortung für das Produktions\- und Kostencontrolling inklusive Herstellkosten, Kalkulationen, Abweichungsanalysen und relevanter Produktions\-KPIs Analyse operativer Produktionsprozesse und Ableitung konkreter Massnahmen zur Verbesserung von Kosten, Produktivität und Profitabilität R\&D\-Controlling, insbesondere finanzielle Begleitung und Bewertung selbst entwickelter und erstellter Produktionsanlagen Finanzielle Steuerung des Projektgeschäfts inklusive Projektcontrolling und Nachkalkulationen Überwachung und Analyse der Vorräte und Bestandsentwicklung sowie Ableitung von Optimierungsmassnahmen Durchführung von Make\-or\-Buy\-, Investitions\- und Wirtschaftlichkeitsanalysen entlang der Wertschöpfungskette, insbesondere im Zusammenhang mit dem eigenen Werkzeug\- und Anlagenbau Verantwortung für Budget, Forecast und Management Reporting sowie Sparringspartner der lokalen Geschäftsleitung bei operativen und strategischen Entscheidungen Etablierung einer mehrstufigen Deckungsbeitragsrechnung sowie die laufende Überwachung der Produktmargen/Deckungsbeiträge Weiterentwicklung der Controlling\-Prozesse und \-Instrumente sowie Sicherstellung einer hohen Datenqualität Ihr Profil Studium oder vergleichbare Ausbildung mit Schwerpunkt Controlling, Finance, Betriebswirtschaft oder Wirtschaftsingenieurwesen Mehrjährige Erfahrung im Produktions\-/Werkscontrolling eines produzierenden Industrieunternehmens Fundierte Kenntnisse in Kostenrechnung, Produktkalkulation sowie Projekt\- und Investitionscontrolling Ausgeprägtes Verständnis für operative Produktionsprozesse und Wertschöpfungsketten sowie die Fähigkeit, finanzielle und operative Analysen in konkrete Handlungsempfehlungen zu übersetzen Unternehmerisches Denken, ausgeprägte Hands\-on\-Mentalität und eine selbstständige, strukturierte Arbeitsweise Gute Kommunikations\- und Präsentationsfähigkeiten sowie Freude an der Zusammenarbeit mit Produktion, R\&D und Management Sehr gute Excel\- und ERP\-Kenntnisse; Erfahrung mit proALPHA ist von Vorteil, jedoch keine Voraussetzung Sehr gute Deutsch\- und gute Englischkenntnisse Was Sie bei uns erwartet: Eine vielseitige Controlling\-Rolle mit Verantwortung für Produktion, R\&D, Vorräte und Projektgeschäft Direkte Berichtslinie an den Leiter Corporate Finance und enge Zusammenarbeit mit der lokalen Geschäftsleitung Eine aktive Rolle als Business Partner mit unmittelbarem Einfluss auf operative und wirtschaftliche Entscheidungen Hoher Gestaltungsspielraum in einem international tätigen, mittelständischen Industrieunternehmen mit kurzen Entscheidungswegen Übernahme von 60% der Pensionskasse, verschiedene andere Benefits Bereit für den nächsten Schritt?
