EIN WERTVOLLER ORT Das Boutique Hotel Schloss Hünigen **, erbaut in 1555 AD ist ein besonderer Ort für Genussmenschen, rauschende Hochzeitsfeiern und erfolgreiche Seminare. Eingebettet in einem 40’000m2 grossen Park mit altem Baumbestand ist es ein vertiables Hide-away. Unseren Gästen stehen 49 geschmackvoll eingerichtete Doppelzimmer und Juniorsuiten zur Verfügung. Stilvolle Bankettsäle und verschiedene lichtdurchflutete Tagungsräumlichkeiten eignen sich für Events von 10 bis 240 Personen. Im Restaurant L’Artisan «Restaurant Bistronomique» werden ausschliesslich saisonale und regionale Produkte verwendet – wenn immer möglich in Bio-Qualität. Der Weinkeller ist mit über 180 verschiedenen biodynamischen oder biologischen Weinen bestückt und ladet zum genussvollen Verweilen ein. Entspannen lässt es sich im hoteleigenen Wellnessbereich (rund 190 Quadratmeter) mit verschiedenen Saunen, Dampfbad, Erlebnisduschen, Whirlpool und Ruhebereich.

Wir suchen per 1. Oktober 2026 oder nach Vereinbarung eine/n PRODUKTIONSKOCH/KÖCHIN (m/w) 100% im Tagesdienst von Montag-Freitag

Ihre Aufgaben - Sie sind für die Organisation, Zubereitung sowie Umsetzung des Businesslunch-Büffets verantwortlich. - Sie unterstützen die Posten in der Produktion für Bankette/Seminare sowie für den à la Carte Bereich. - Vertretung bei unvorhergesehenen Abwesenheiten im Abenddienst. - Sie unterstützen das ausgezeichnete Betriebsklima mit Ihrem empathischen Auftreten sowie Mitgestaltung des gesamten Küchenangebotes. - Sie pflegen einen sorgfältigen, verantwortungsbewussten Umgang mit Lebensmitteln.

Ihr Profil - Sie verfügen über eine abgeschlossene Lehre zum/ zur Koch/Köchin und bringen vorzugsweise Erfahrung aus renommierten Betrieben mit. - Sie kochen kreativ und beherrschen das Grund-Handwerk aus dem Effeff. - Sie sind ein/e innovative/r Fachmann/frau, dem/der ein inspirierendes Arbeitsumfeld und ein eingeschworenes Team wichtig sind.
