Ihre Aufgabe ##

  • Koordination und zeitliche Einplanung der anstehenden Fertigungsaufträge
  • Erstellung der Produktionsplanung sowie fortlaufende Anpassung an aktuelle Gegebenheiten
  • Abstimmung der Auftragsplanung auf vorhandene Maschinen-, Personal- und Materialressourcen
  • Kontrolle des aktuellen Auftragsfortschritts und Überwachung vereinbarter Liefertermine
  • Frühzeitige Identifikation von Engpässen, Kapazitätskonflikten und möglichen Terminverschiebungen
  • Laufende Koordination mit Produktion, Verkauf, Einkauf, Logistik und Arbeitsvorbereitung
  • Mitwirkung bei internen Planungsbesprechungen und regelmässigen Abstimmungen

Ihr Profil ##

  • Abgeschlossene Grundausbildung als Polymechaniker EFZ, Produktionsmechaniker EFZ, Konstrukteur EFZ oder eine vergleichbare technische Ausbildung im industriellen Umfeld
  • Von Vorteil eine Weiterbildung als Techniker HF in Unternehmensprozesse oder ähnlich
  • Berufliche Erfahrung in der Fertigungsplanung, Produktionssteuerung oder Arbeitsvorbereitung
  • Gutes Verständnis für Produktionsprozesse und betriebliche Abläufe
  • Fliessende Deutsch- sowie gute Englischkenntnisse
  • Kommunikative und verbindliche Persönlichkeit mit einem sicheren Auftreten
