Produktionsleiter (m/w/d) Als Produktionsleiter sind Sie für die gesamte Produktion verantwortlich. Sie koordinieren die Fertigungsabläufe, führen unsere Mitarbeitenden und stellen sicher, dass benötigtes Material rechtzeitig beschafft wird.

Ihre Aufgaben Gesamtverantwortung für die komplette Produktion Planung, Organisation und Überwachung der Produktionsabläufe Führung, Koordination und Unterstützung der Mitarbeitenden Einteilung der Mitarbeiter und Erstellung der Produktionsplanung Sicherstellung einer termingerechten und effizienten Fertigung Organisation und Überwachung der Materialbeschaffung Ermittlung des Materialbedarfs in Zusammenarbeit mit den jeweiligen Abteilungen Einholen und Vergleichen von Angeboten sowie Auslösen von Bestellungen Überwachung von Lieferterminen und Sicherstellung der Materialverfügbarkeit Koordination mit Lieferanten, Einkauf und internen Ansprechpartnern Kontrolle der Arbeitsqualität und Einhaltung der Produktionsstandards Erkennen und Lösen von Produktions- und Materialengpässen Optimierung von Arbeitsabläufen und Produktionsprozessen Verantwortung für Ordnung, Sicherheit und effiziente Abläufe in der Produktion Ihr Profil Abgeschlossene technische Ausbildung, beispielsweise als Automatiker, Elektriker, Fahrzeugtechniker, Polymechaniker oder in einem vergleichbaren Beruf Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung in der Produktion oder Montage Erfahrung in der Mitarbeiterführung und Produktionsplanung Gute organisatorische Fähigkeiten und technisches Verständnis Erfahrung in der Materialbeschaffung und im Umgang mit Lieferanten von Vorteil Selbstständige, zuverlässige und lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise Durchsetzungsvermögen und ausgeprägtes Verantwortungsbewusstsein Gute Kommunikationsfähigkeiten Freude an der Arbeit mit technisch anspruchsvollen Spezialfahrzeugen Wir bieten Eine verantwortungsvolle Position mit umfassender Entscheidungs- und Gestaltungsfreiheit Verantwortung für die gesamte Produktion Ein abwechslungsreiches und technisch anspruchsvolles Arbeitsumfeld Kurze Entscheidungswege und ein kollegiales Team Mitarbeit an innovativen Spezial- und Hubbrillenfahrzeugen Einen sicheren Arbeitsplatz bei der Swisstow AG Ihre Bewerbung Sie möchten Verantwortung übernehmen, Mitarbeitende führen und die gesamte Produktion aktiv mitgestalten?
