DEINE AUFGABENBEREICHE

  • Du trägst die Gesamtverantwortung für die Produktion (70 Mitarbeitende) am Standort Frauenfeld - von Modernisierungsprojekten bis hin zu Reparaturen und Revisionen an Schienenfahrzeugen
  • Mit klaren Entscheidungen und hoher Präsenz führst du Führungskräfte und Teams erfolgreich durch den Produktionsalltag
  • Du sorgst dafür, dass unsere Fahrzeuge in der geforderten Qualität, termingerecht und wirtschaftlich an unsere Kunden übergeben werden
  • Prozesse, Abläufe und Ressourceneinsatz entwickelst du kontinuierlich weiter und schaffst so die Grundlage für nachhaltigen Erfolg
  • Anhand von Kennzahlen erkennst du Verbesserungspotenziale und setzt Optimierungen konsequent um
  • Gemeinsam mit internen und externen Partnern stellst du einen reibungslosen Ablauf entlang der gesamten Wertschöpfungskette sicher und raportierst direkt an den Leiter Stadler Service Schweiz
  • Arbeitssicherheit, Qualität und Umweltstandards haben für dich jederzeit höchste Priorität

DEINE BERUFLICHEN ERFAHRUNGEN

  • Höhere technische Ausbildung (FH, HF oder Universität) im Bereich Maschinenbau, Produktionstechnik, Wirtschaftsingenieurwesen oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation
  • Mehrjährige Führungs- und Produktionserfahrung in einem industriellen Umfeld, idealerweise in der Schienenfahrzeugbranche
  • Fundierte Erfahrung in der Steuerung komplexer Produktionsprozesse sowie in der Führung von Führungskräften und Teams
  • Sicherer Umgang mit modernen Produktionsmethoden wie Lean Management, KVP oder Operational Excellence
  • Ausgeprägtes Verständnis für betriebswirtschaftliche Zusammenhänge sowie Budget- und Ressourcenplanung
  • Unternehmerische, lösungsorientierte und entscheidungsfreudige Persönlichkeit mit hoher Umsetzungskraft
  • Stilsichere Deutschkenntnisse sowie sehr gute Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
  • Persönlich überzeugst du durch deine Hands-on-Mentalität, deinen Gestaltungswillen und deine Fähigkeit, Menschen für gemeinsame Ziele zu begeistern
