Aufgrund wachsender Auftragslage suchen wir für unseren Kunden, ein Dienstleistungsunternehmen mit langjähriger Erfahrung in der Planung und Ausführung von Soft- und Hardware Projekten in allen Bereichen der industriellen Automation, Verstärkung in der mechanischen Fertigung.

Aufgaben: - Du bist für den mechanischen Aufbau und Montage der Schalt- und Steuerschränke verantwortlich. - Selbstständige Bearbeitung von Schaltschrankgehäusen, Montageplatten und Blechteilen - Einrichten und Bedienen des Steinhauer-Bearbeitungscenter - Lesen und Umsetzen von technischen Zeichnungen und Fertigungsunterlagen - Arbeiten nach EPLAN-Unterlagen und 3D-Aufbauplänen - Montage von Kabelkanälen, Tragschienen, Montageplatten und weiteren mechanischen Komponenten - Durchführen von Qualitätskontrollen an gefertigten Teilen und Dokumentieren der Ergebnisse, um die höchste Qualität sicherzustellen - Unterstützung bei der Optimierung von Fertigungsabläufen und mechanischen Lösungen - Durchführen von Wartungs- und Instandhaltungsarbeiten an Produktionsanlagen, damit die Maschinen jederzeit einsatzbereit sind - Bei Interesse und Eignung: Erstellen und Anpassen von Zeichnungen mit CAD-Programm - Bei Interesse und Eignung: Unterstützung bei Montageeinsätzen bei unseren Kunden

Anforderungen: - Eine abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Produktionsmechaniker, Polymechaniker oder eine gleichwertige Qualifikation, um auf fundiertem Fachwissen aufzubauen - Berufserfahrung in der mechanischen Fertigung von Vorteil, Berufseinsteiger ebenfalls willkommen - Gute Kenntnisse im Lesen technischer Zeichnungen und im Umgang mit Präzisionsmessmitteln, um exakt und selbständig zu arbeiten - Erfahrung mit CNC-gesteuerten Maschinen, um komplexe Fertigungsschritte sicher umzusetzen - Handwerkliches Geschick sowie eine exakte, selbständige Arbeitsweise - Freude an Teamarbeit sowie Interesse an technischen Produkten - Gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
