Wir gehören zu den national führenden Stellenvermittlungen mit insgesamt 23 Niederlassungen in der Schweiz und im Fürstentum Liechtenstein. Seit über 30 Jahren sind wir spezialisiert auf die Vermittlung und den Verleih von Personal in diversen Branchen, hauptsächlich in den Bereichen der Technik und Industrie. Für eine Kundin, welche sich in der Vorproduktion für Komponenten in der Uhrenindustrie auskennt, sind wir auf der Suche nach Verstärkung. Zu Ihrer zukünftigen Anstellung könnte das Arbeiten mit Hartwerkstoffen wie, Saphir Uhrensteine, Keramik und Mikromagneten gehören.

Stellenbeschreibung ##

Neben der Bearbeitung der erwähnten Werkstoffe für die Uhrenindustrie wären folgende Hauptaufgaben für Sie anfallen:

  • Einrichten und Überwachung der Produktionsaufträge
  • Produktion der Aufträge
  • Optimierung der Produktionsvorgänge mit guten Ideen
  • Täglicher Unterhalt an den Maschinen und Messmitteln

Sie arbeiten in einem Sogenannten VSD-Schichtmodell. Sies bedeutet, dass Sie jeweils nur Freitag, Samstag und Sonntag am Arbeiten sind. An diesen Tagen rotieren die Schichten im 3-Schicht-Modell. Effektiv arbeiten Sie so nur 28 Stunden die Woche und bekommen 40 Stunden bezahlt. Von Montag bis und mit Donnerstag, haben Sie keinen Arbeitseinsatz.

Wir erwarten ##

  • Schnelle Auffassungsgabe
  • Selbständige Arbeitsweise und ebenso die Fähigkeit gut im Team zu arbeiten.
  • Zuverlässigkeit, Flexibilität und Verantwortungsbewusstsein
  • Ausbildung in der Mechanik-Branche oder Mechanische Grundkenntnisse
  • Erfahrung im mechanischen Bearbeiten von Werkstoffen.
  • Bereitschaft zur 3-Schichtarbeit (Freitag/Samstag/Sonntag)
  • Kenntnisse im Umgang mit Messmitteln
