Wir suchen einen engagierten und detailorientierten Produktionsmitarbeiter (m/w/d) für die Fertigung von Komponenten der Bahntechnik in Olten. Wenn Sie eine Affinität für Präzision haben, gerne mit technischen Zeichnungen arbeiten und zur Herstellung qualitativ hochwertiger Bahnsysteme beitragen möchten, ist diese Stelle genau das Richtige für Sie.

In dieser Position fertigen Sie Komponenten der Bahntechnik gemäß technischer Zeichnungen und gewährleisten dabei die Einhaltung der erforderlichen Mengen- und Qualitätsstandards. Ihnen obliegt das Lesen und Interpretieren verschiedenster Weichen-, Gleisroste- und Typenpläne sowie Montagedokumentationen für Bahnschaltantriebe. Sie bedienen Kräne für die Verteilung von Schwellen nach Layout- und Typenplänen und markierten Schienenteilungen entsprechend den Vorgaben. Zu Ihren weiteren Aufgaben gehören die Verteilung und Befestigung verschiedener Verbindungselemente mithilfe von Drehmomentmaschinen sowie das Bohren von Löchern für Erdungskabel nach Erdungsplänen und deren Installation. Auch die Unterstützung bei der Montage und Justierung von Zungenvorrichtungen (ZV) und zugehörigen Materialien gehört zu Ihrem Arbeitsalltag.

Für die Position benötigen Sie Deutschkenntnisse auf mindestens B1-Niveau sowie einen gültigen Führerschein der Klasse B. Vorerfahrungen in einem ähnlichen Bereich sind von Vorteil, jedoch nicht zwingend erforderlich. Wichtiger ist die Fähigkeit, technische Zeichnungen und Montageanleitungen zu verstehen, eine hohe Aufmerksamkeit für Details mitzubringen und ein Qualitätsbewusstsein unter Beweis zu stellen.

Im Arbeitsalltag arbeiten Sie eng mit Ihrem Team zusammen, um technische Pläne zu interpretieren und präzise umzusetzen. Neben der Bedienung von Kranen und Werkzeugen achten Sie darauf, alle Aufgaben unter Einhaltung von Sicherheits- und Qualitätsstandards auszuführen. Sie tragen zu einem reibungslosen Ablauf der Produktionslinie bei, indem Sie eine saubere und gut organisierte Arbeitsumgebung sicherstellen. Sollten kleinere Probleme während des Montageprozesses auftreten, greifen Sie ein und beheben diese eigenständig.
