Aufgaben

  • Mithilfe bei der Herstellung unserer leckeren und gesunden Backwaren
  • Herstellung von Teigen und Massen
  • Verarbeitung und Aufarbeitung verschiedener Teiglinge
  • Einstellen der Anlagen
  • Qualitätskontrolle an der Linie
  • Produktives und rationelles Verpacken der Backwaren
  • Einhaltung der hohen Qualitätsstandards sowie der QKB’s
  • Durchführung von allgemeinen Reinigungsarbeiten

Anforderungsprofil

  • Bäcker/in EFZ oder langjährige Erfahrung bei der Herstellung von Backwaren und Teigen
  • Fliessende Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
  • Teamfähig, belastbar, flexibel, initiativ und einsatzfreudig
  • Bereitschaft für Schichtbetrieb (auch nachts) und sporadische Wochenendeinsätze
  • Unternehmerisches als auch zukunftsorientierte Denk- und Handelsweise
