Firmenprofil : Die Sibalco AG, ein Zulieferer für die Elektronik- und Maschinenindustrie der Schweiz und Herstellerin von industriellen Signalisations- und Beleuchtungslösungen mit LED sucht eine/einen Produktionsmitarbeiter für die Fertigung und Verarbeitung von LED-Produkten.

Arbeitsort : Basel Arbeitspensum: 100% Arbeitsverhältnis: Festanstellung Arbeitsbeginn : Nach Vereinbarung / Idealerweise ab Januar 2027

Hauptaufgaben : Bei Ihrer neuen Herausforderung fertigen Sie selbständig nach Operationsplan und Stückliste Miniatur LED-Signalleuchten, LED Leuchten, Module und Baugruppen. Die Fertigung beinhaltet sowohl bleifreie THT-, wie auch SMD-Lötarbeiten, feine Montage- und Assemblierungsarbeiten, sowie die Beschriftung, das Vergiessen, Prüfen und Verpacken von Bauteilen und Baugruppen. Mechanische Montagearbeiten, das Zuschneiden von Profilen und die Bedienung von Pick&Place Automaten, Reflow-Ofen und Vergiess-Automaten runden die Tätigkeit ab.

Motivation: Sie suchen eine vielseitige Herausforderung in der Produktion in welcher Sie in einem Team selbständig arbeiten können.

Ausbildung/Erfahrung: Sie verfügen über Erfahrung in der Fertigung von Elektronikkomponenten und sind vertraut mit dem bleifreien Löten von THT und SMD Bauteilen – sowohl manuell wie auch mit einer Pick&Place SMD Fertigung. Idealerweise verfügen Sie über Kenntnisse bei der Verarbeitung von LED. Sie sind fingerfertig und können kleine Bauteile montieren und verarbeiten, sowie auch mechanische Montagearbeiten ausführen. Sie sind speditiv und exakt, können nach Operationsplänen und Stücklisten Fertigungsaufträge eigenständig umsetzten. Sie können sowohl selbständig, wie auch in einem Team arbeiten.
